Great house for my 12 man golf outing.

Great neighborhood. A nice way to keep the adults and teens separated, but also good for groups. If you need an easy connection note you have to go outside to get to the other level. Spacious, has most everything you need, but know you’ll need to bring extra paper products.

Overall the property was fantastic, and was just as it looks in the pictures. One thing to note that may be noted in the description of the property and I just missed it but there are no internal stairs to the lower level of the house which was not a big deal to us but was surprising. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time playing basketball and cornhole. The outdoor bar was a cool added touch, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. My only complaint would be lack of the simple necessities, normally I feel like most restrooms are given a few rolls of toilet paper and the kitchen is stocked with a few rolls of paper towels. I don't expect to be supplied the entire stay, especially for longer trips (ours was 4 nights), but more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom would have been better. Don't skimp on the small stuff is all I'm saying. But 5 stars because that isn't worth taking a star. Angela was a great host, was extremely responsive to any questions I had, and made the entire process very simple. We would definitely come back.

Angie was a gracious host and was very attentive to our needs. She even provided a highchair for my youngest grandchild. The pool was fantastic, and I don't think the teens left if for more than a few minutes each day. Thank you Angie for a great family vacation.

The house was very comfortable. All 20 of us had a bed. We particularly enjoyed the back porch overlooking the canal and the fantastic back yard which included a fire pit, basketball goal and roomy pool. Our adults enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the canal from the private dock which led to the intercoastal waterway. The kitchen had all the appliances you could ask for. One more bathroom would have been nice, but the outdoor showers served us well - especially the little ones. Although the walk to the beach is fairly short, I would suggest renting a golf cart if you have elderly folks in your party - especially during the heat.

Anchored Down was a great place for our family getaway. All the kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach made for enjoyable time in the sand! Angie was easy to reach and was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Would definitely return if the opportunity arose!

This property was as advertised and even more. Nicely furnished and very clean. Close to the beach but not on the beach. Swimming pool was awesome. We did have it heated. The fire pit we greatly enjoyed. Our party ranged from 6-62. All enjoyed the facilities.

If you haven’t booked this particular house and location, you don’t know what you’re missing. The house was very spacious and clean. A treasure of a location to do absolutely one thing….forget work and live! Where else can you go to the backyard, take 20 steps forward, drop a crab trap and catch blue crabs for dinner? I could go on but book a stay and find out for yourself. 10 star rating for me.

Just returned from a golf trip of 12, and house was great. Plenty of room and activities. Tons of outdoor seating to enjoy the channel, pool, and beautiful weather. A bit away from everything as it’s at end of Inlet, but quiet and no traffic.

We loved the home! Location was perfect! Angela is extremely responsive and personable. We loved it. Most of the beds in the basement were a bit uncomfortable but all in all, it was great!!

We stayed here with my whole family during the week between Christmas and New Years and it was a great place to stay….clean, nice layout, nice location, lots of room. Very nice experience.

This was a great property for our 8-person golf trip.

Angie, our Lease Holder was very attentive during our stay. The rooms are great and the kitchen has all the items needed for a long stay. The ocean is so close to walk to and the inlet provides safe kayaking activities.

We visited this property just days after hurricane Ian. Angie was extremely helpful and communicated with us before and during our stay and made sure the property was ready for us. We came with a large group adults and had more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time!! Family reunion with siblings!! All 60yrs and older!! Only downfall to us was we couldn’t walk to restaurants and food store was a little far!! But that made us spend more time together enjoying the house and the beach !!!

Great family of 17 experience. I only wished the check-in was earlier than 4 pm.

Every year our extended family takes a vacation together, there is between 15 to 20 of us. This house is roomy enough for us to have our own space yet cozy enough for us to be together. The backyard space was wonderful, although the brick papers are very hot, so make sure you have so sort of slip on shoe to wear around. We loved sitting on the porches talking & spending time with one another. We enjoyed our 2 weeks there & have booked again next year. Angie is wonderful to work with & is so welcoming.

Anchored Down was a fantastic choice for our large family. Enjoyable and plenty of space for the kids and adults. We found the property to be as described in the listing. The house was very clean. We cooked all of our meals at the house and really appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, utensils etc. The pool was very well-maintained and a nice size. We had a great evening roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and did a little fishing off the dock. Angie was a wonderful host and very responsive. A quick and easy walk to the beach made things a breeze, especially for those of us with small children. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when we return to Murrell’s Inlet.

Anchored Down was a great place for our family vacation. Our family group grows each year. So much space, inside and out. Beach so close. The pool was a hit, very clean and well maintained. The fire pit and dock were added features we have never had in prior properties. They provided new areas of entertainment as we rented a boat and were able to bring it to the dock and entertained children with marshmallows and smores. The house is beautiful and clean and quiet. We spent alot of time on the porches. Angela is a perfect host. This is a property I would highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

We had an awesome week. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had such nice weather that we were able to roast marshmallows in the fire pit and didn't burnup. Great house.

This house and its location were perfect. We loved the back yard and the porches. So close to the beach. A beautiful quiet area but close to everything. House was well equipped as well. Beds were comfortable. Owner was great to work with. Highly recommend!

This is a great property. The house is beautiful and spacious and offers plenty of room to "spread out" for large groups (and also a ton of parking!). The pool was sparkling clean, and the close proximity to the beach was a definite plus. The owner was great to work with throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this property.

"Anchored Down" was everything it was promised to be and more! The house was pristinely clean and lived up to every picture on the site. Our host, Angela, was terrific. (Even leaving some unexpected and much appreciated treats for us!). The house easily accommodated our group and had so much to offer, we didn't even have time to use every space available to us. I would highly recommend this property!

We were in Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach for a golf trip. We had 8 people and the house fit us perfectly. The only thing that would have made our stay easier is a 2nd key for the doors.

Our family of 10 had a great time on vacation, and this place had a lot to do with that. Comfortable, clean, well equipped (except I do wish there were beach towels), and conveniently located. Thank you.
