We stayed a week in July 2021. This cabin is nicely decorated and very well supplied with kitchen items, toilet paper, towels, etc. It was clean and bedding looked newer (would suggest taking your own pillows though as they all were a bit too flat for our liking....personal preference though). It is conveniently located off the main road, but you can't hear road traffic or see much of it because of the river and trees. It's a nice little community of newer cabins like this one. The deck was our favorite part of the cabin - it's been expanded from the pics we saw online so there is the gas fire table and 4 chairs, a table for 6, a kids picnic table, and two umbrellas. Nicest deck of all of the cabins we thought! Very nice to be out there with the view of the river! You can walk down by the river and wade in it. We didn't see any fish and didn't notice a fly fisher catching anything when we were there, so I wouldn't count on fishing there if that's your interest. We were disappointed as the amenities listed weren't available for our visit - - the pool was closed for repair and there was no putting green. It would have been nice to get notified of this ahead of time because those were two big things our kids were really looking forward to and why we picked this cabin. So be aware of that if you are traveling summer 2021. (Master bedroom lock didn't seem to work but we notified owners to fix as well). It's easy access to get into Rocky Mountain National Park (maybe 20-25 min drive to west entrance). The fall of 2020 fire damage is visible on that side of RMNP so some hikes in the park were closed yet. We drove all the way through to Bear Lake Cooridor hikes - - it's a drive, but worth it! It is also about 15-20 min to Grand Lake from the cabin, which is pretty for boating, has a little beach, you can rent boats/paddle boards, and there are some shops and restaurants on the main street area. Adams Falls is near Grand Lake and an easy, yet beautiful hike. We have stayed in several vrbo properties because we enjoy having more space than a hotel room. I would recommend this property.

This place was very clean and cozy with the most amazing view. The owner always got back to me quickly. Very kid friendly💕💕💕

We had a great experience at this cabin! The back of the house had gorgeous views of the mountains. The house was extremely well stocked everywhere: kitchen utensils & some seasonings, baby essentials (pack n play & baby gate), even board games to keep us laughing after the kids went to bed! The only issue we had: not sure if we were venting the rooms wrong, but downstairs got very warm with the heater on while the upstairs corner bedrooms stayed very cold through the night and morning. Overall, wonderful experience and the host was very accommodating!

Loved our stay here and they were super easy to communicate with around check in and everything else.

We rented this property in the area where we had a wedding. It was perfect for our guests and the owners were very quick to respond with questions and messages. We would definitely recommend this place right on the river!
