Clean condo with lots of beds for a big group

This house is stunning! The unobstructed views are fantastic. The house is so nicely finished and the basement is next level. If you have kids and/or teens, it's like they have their own space complete with pool table and foos ball table. We used the house in August to summit Mt Washington and it rained the whole day, so the washer and drier were a must and both were superior appliances. All of us loved our mattresses and pillows and linens. (fyi: we found that most of the towels were in the ground floor bathroom). The kitchen is well stocked with basics. But best of all, Joe, who runs the property is really sweet and responsive. This is honestly one of the best Vrbos I've ever stayed in. And we had other friends who stayed in the same townhouse community and I can say, this house was by far the best. Be sure to hit the trail around the property and Mt Little Deception is a nice little hike as well. Check out the book they've created for things to do and they've marked their favorites. We took these recommendations and loved it all.

Great condo close to Mt. Washington trail heads. There is plenty of space, with comfortable bedrooms spread out across three floors. Game room downstairs was a nice bonus! Very clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay! We were here with our two adult children and two of their friends. Very comfortable and clean. Host was super easy to get in touch with and generous with their kitchen supplies etc. and an offer to check out late. Perfect spot for some of us to climb Mount Washington!

Wonderful condo, beautiful location, and the entire area is perfect for a family trip.

We stayed at Apres for snow for a ski weekend at Bretton Woods. The condo setup is great for two families. The location is perfect to get to BW for fresh tracks and a great place to unwind after skiing. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Joe was great with communication and responsive to requests. Will be coming back next season!

We had a great stay, the property was exactly as described, we love that this condo had many updates, and it was perfect for our family with kids.

We had two families (4 adults, 5 kids) for a ski trip. The place was fantastic! Beautiful views through large windows, plenty of space to relax and hang out, fun rec room downstairs for the kids, 2 master suites with king beds for the parents, location was right next to Bretton Woods…all around amazing place to stay and we’re looking forward to coming back in the future!

Beautiful home at Bretton Woods. Tracy and Joe were great hosts! They were easy to communicate with and their home was equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. Great layout for families, and plenty of activities in the house and in the area. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a lovely property with great views of ski slopes! Clean, spacious and cozy with fireplace! The kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball! We enjoyed and felt at home! Joe and Tracy made sure we had everything we needed and were gracious to allow a late check out so we could enjoy the slopes a bit longer! Thank you- would recommend and come again!

Joe and Tracy were easy to communicate with, it was a great experience all around. The condo is in a prime location, and perfect for our family of 10! We will be back!

We got to spend real quality time with family, hiking in the Presidentials, visiting the MW Hotel porch, cooking nice family meals, and getting a great night’s sleep on the comfortable mattresses :)

Great stay! This place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to everything in the area. Would highly recommend staying and Joe and Tracy were so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! Plenty of room for all 9 of us. We spent a lot of time on the back deck talking, eating, and looking out at the spectacular view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make a big dinner. We spent a lot of time playing pool in the downstairs playroom. I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect place to stay with a big family. Two thumbs up!!

We were two families with 3 kids each staying for the weekend at Joe and Tracy's Bretton Woods condo. The condo was clean, spacious and I could tell the owners take great care of their property. The king bed was super comfy and more so than our own at home! We picked this location because it is conveniently located between Santa's Village and Story Land. We loved our stay! I highly recommend this place!

We spent an excellent weekend at Joe and Tracy's place. As described, there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. While the weather wasn't accommodating for the skiing, we did get to hike on the path that was right outside the back door and went around the property, which was nice. Joe was very attentive to any questions we asked and since I mentioned I was cooking a birthday cake for my partner, there were new candles, cake pans, and a "Happy Birthday" banner sign on the counter for us as we arrived. Very thoughtful. we'd stay again without hesitation and would recommend staying at Joe and Tracy's!

If you like sking it’s a perfect location

We've been skiing at Bretton Woods for over 10 years, and this was the nicest rental property we've stayed at. Updated, clean, nice game room for the kids and a very detailed instruction book that was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout and bedroom split was perfect for two families. Two masters upstairs and then the kids had the downstairs. And it was very close to the Bretton Woods ski area, so super easy to get there. The home was cozy and clean, and we would definitely come back!

Perfect set up for gatherings. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook and the two living areas make it easy for multiple generations to enjoy together time and have some space. This condo is also easy to navigate for handicapped people. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Great spot for a family break. This property is great for a family get away, lots of space for everyone to stretch out, pool table, foosball and close to the mountain. The owners are great communicators and we enjoyed it a ton.

Great space and location! Able to be together as a family or separate a bit (so necessary traveling with teens). Joe and Tracey were terrific to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Great location and property, very convenient to Mt. Washington location

The location and size of this townhouse was perfect for our large group. It is the end unit and the view in back is just mountains and trees so it made it feel very private. We came in August but I could envision how cozy it would be in the winter. Due to COVID and the off season (I assume) there were no restaurants opened near us but the little gas station down the street had a lot of food and beverage selections.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding, place was clean and exactly as described, would stay again!
