love it stay there every time now

Very comfortable and met the needs of my husband and I gor celebrating his birthday. Especially live the nice bedding. A very convenient location. Unit was true to the website description. Common Area hallway leading to th unit could use some TLC though, but once inside you will love it. Only recommendation I have is to have written instructions for lighting the Gas Logs snd using the TV system.

Great location for a two bedroom condo. Our children ages 9 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the ski resort each day. We enjoyed the big kitchen island with plenty of things to cook with. Very clean. The gas fireplace was enjoyable to use each night. The unit looks over the Easy Street ski slope. Although there are many steps to get down to the resort rentals and slopes as others had mentioned, to us it was well worth it given the location. We rented a locker at the resort each day to store our boots inside and then the ski equipment. For our children, this was their first-time snow skiing and was very convenient and fun to walked down to ski school early in the morning in the snow. Highly recommend. We will likely stay here again!!!

This unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the ski in ski out (even with hill to climb) worked well for us. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were: * Water pressure for the unit was less than normal (or what we were expecting) - not sure if it's an owner choice or just the way it is. * With limited seating in the main room, the existing couch had little to no support and was not comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Even with those minor negatives we would look to return here for future trips.

compared to places at Sugar, its more like a 5. clean comfortable. Nice unit, our 2nd stay this year. Kitchen is very nice.

Cabin well-stocked, clean, and updated. Furnishings comfortable and clean. Really nice condo inside and out! Great location. Appreciate getting a surprise early checkin a couple of hours early although we didn’t arrive early. Lock box to get key very difficult to use but figured it out after 5-10 minutes. We could not figure out fireplace to turn it on so that was a little disappointing but we didn’t ask for instructions.

Very up to date and cozy. Had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated! Would say here again !

This place was INCREDIBLE. I had high expectations due to the photos.. let me just say they were FAR exceeded. Extremely clean, the decor was beautiful, and the back porch was super roomy. Unfortunately, we only got to spend one night here, but I will absolutely be returning if I ever get the chance! Super comfy master bed, games to play, and many options on the television! I would recommend this place to anyone. I only regret that we weren't able to see snow! Also very convenient to surrounding cities!

Very easy.

We were in NC for our niece's wedding in August 2022 and it was beautiful. From the condo we could hear the babbling Creek below. The condo was well equipped with all necessities, clean and had a few basic items in the pantry. It was clean and updated with beautiful marble countertop, newer fridge and big master bed. We loved everything about our stay at Bee Branch 07 and would highly suggest anyone stay there!

Overall great place. Kitchen and den nicely updated. Loved hearing the sound of the creek from the back deck. Easy access in and out of Sugar.

We got to the rental at 8 am since we were snowboarding that day but check-in was not till 4. We tried to reach out to the owner about parking in the parking lot earlier and never heard a response. We also tried to get the keys earlier since we noticed the unit was empty and cleaned already but we once again got no response. The checkout was very easy and as soon as we clicked the check out button the cleaners showed up 2 minutes later. Even if the unit took 2 hours to clean and checkout is at 10, it was ready at 12 for the next guest. It would have been nice to get the keys earlier to unload everything and get settled in rather them having to wait till 4 for no reason. The place was very nice just as listed. Overall we had a great time thow.

Nicely equipment kitchen! Enough seating and space for our family of 5. Great views.
May be a challenge for young kids to make the walk to/from the slopes with their ski gear.

This condo is perfect for skiing Sugar! It was very nicely renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First and foremost, this is NOT a ski in and ski out. It is a hike down and hike back with heavy equipment. Definitely not for kids!!!! We had to carry sneakers in our backpacks all day because it was impossible to navigate in ski boots. The condo is a wonderfully anointed with regards to the decor but it disappointed in the more laborious tasks it required to stay here, for just 1 week. We had to buy EVERYTHING. I certainly hope the next guests were blessed with our basic housekeeping gifts - garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, hand soap, aside from personal groceries. I have done other vacation rentals which were much more accommodative and thorough in their amenities. And which did not require such a strict clean out requirement. We hardly made a mess. But to pay for a rental that doesn’t do the standard housekeeping service was disappointing. And being told on the fridge door what we don’t eat or open should be given to the housekeeping with a 10AM check out time (texted on the morning of!) was stressed for time and disheartening overall. Per the instructions, we didn’t know what was trash and what should we leave behind “for the housekeepers”. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ON MY VACATION?
