Sehr interessanter Stil der Zimmer, dadurch, dass überall das alte Mauerwerk ist. Personal sehr freundlich u. aufmerksam. Ich hatte meine li. Hand im Gips. Die Bedienung hat sofort gefragt, ob sie mir beim Schneiden der Wurst helfen kann. Beim Frühstück, das sehr gut war, wurde mir selbstverständlich das Brot abgeschnitten. Große Flasche stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein. Es war nur ein Hocker da. Da ich nicht gern aus dem Bett fernsehe, fehlte mir ein Stuhl mit Lehne. Gern habe ich nachts das Fenster geöffnet. Das war mir zu unsicher, da es jeder im „Keller“ öffnen kann.

Ein gepflegtes Einzelzimmer in einem ‚Denkmal‘! Zuvorkommendes Personal im Hotel- und Gaststättenbereich.

The breaskfast was good The staff was excelllent.

There was a high wooden step berween the room and bathroom and it was dangerous. In addition there was no handle to be secure in the shower.

Great architecture and set up of hotel rooms and other facilities; Room is excellent and spacious, walk-in shower is awesome; restaurant is welcoming, unfortunately i was there on Monday so didn't have chance to try the restaurant, beer was good though!

All great! only there is no air-co, but I can imagine as the hot summer is not really a thing until recent years...

The room was vety smsll and the window very difficult to open which is a serious problem in summertime without air condition.

Very nice place. Great standard, loved the room and the outdoor seating for restaurant. Strongly recommended.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. I liked the shaded outdoor area. The location was perfect for walking to the town and other sights. Once again, the staff was excellent, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone that would like to visit the hidden gem of Luneburg.

Our timing wasn't the best for the stay since the restaurant /bar was closed on both Sunday and Monday. I believe that the outside area is normally opened, however, it is based on the weather, so it was also closed on Monday.

Everything was great. Enjoyed our stay.
