Amazing beach Villa! We stayed for 4 days with family and enjoyed every minute of the pristine beach and Villa pools. Great location for eating out or for cooking in using the great kitchen and all the included amenities. Will book again when we return.

People were so friendly, food was great at the neighboring hotels' restaurants, place was very clean, hosts were very responsive, beautiful private beach, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfy, everything there to go to the beach-towels, chairs, cooler..., felt completely safe.... overall we loved it and are ready to go back!

Family really enjoyed our stay. Great views, modern clean condo, nice pools and easy beach access. Attentive management company quickly resolved issues. We plan to come back.

The place was exactly as advertised, modern, great design, well supplied. Our only surprise had nothing to do with the place but the fact that pools in Puerto Rico are not heated. ; )

We had a much needed, restorative trip to Olga's villa. It is beautifully decorated, lots of space for our family of five, and was very clean. We loved being able to make our own meals and access to the pools/beach could not have been easier. Alan and Vimarie, who assist with the property onsite, were extremely prompt in communication and gracious to answer our questions. We cherish our memories made in Puerto Rico and have every intention of returning.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was luxurious with everything we needed. Vimarie was always helpful when we had any questions. The views off the balcony are priceless. We enjoyed the pools, the gorgeous beach and walked over to the nearby restaurants. We found ourselves spending the majority of our vacation right at the property because we were in walking distance to most everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunset right off the balcony almost every night and sunrise on the beach is a wonderful way to start the day. We didn’t want to leave this amazing paradise. We hope to come back again very soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

By far the best villa we have ever rented in Rio Mar. It provided all the amenities of home with an amazing view of the ocean and palm trees. It was a perfect location to work remotely while enjoying the beach and pools, celebrating Xmas, hiking El Yunque, fishing off the coast of Fajardo, etc.. Communications with the host were excellent and Vmarie in the management office was extremely helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve decided on our next visit we will book with Olga! As we entered the unit we were met with the sounds of soft jazz, and the most picturesque balcony view I’ve ever seen! Everything was absolutely beautiful and well thought out. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and being able to wash and dry our laundry without having to leave our villa to do so! As we entered the unit, we were met with soft jazz playing in the living room, as well as the bedroom. Every detail of our stay was absolutely fantastic!
