We did not make it to the Canterbury— while we were traveling there on the day of check-in we were alerted that our reservation could not be met. They never gave an explanation. The booking management company was very good about helping find another room in time for our stay.

Very nice property.

We experienced an issue checking in because the hotel/vacation club did not receive our information from the time share reseller. Once they got that cleared up, our room was not ready, but the hotel allowed us to use the business center which was well appointed. Our room was also well appointed. The fitness center was nice and had several cardio machines, weights and other exercise equipment. The facility was secured and the hotel staff was very cordial and helpful.

The room was nice and clean. It's located between Chinatown and Japan town, and very close to Union Square. The room I had was 303. It's close to the elevator, so I can hear the elevator running noise during the nights, but it's acceptable not too loud.

The staff are very helpful, the place is clean and the rooms are pretty practical for our work trips.
