Best VRBO stay we have had. Doug and Fiona welcomed us and showed us around, explained what to do in the area. Cabin is perfect for a couple, well equipped, and clean. Located close to Flathead Lake and an easy drive to Glacier National Park. Highly recommend!

What an awesome little cottage. The amenities were great. It was clean as can be. Well stocked with things like coffee, sun Tuan lotion etc. hosts were super helpful and friendly!!

We were totally blown away by everything; from how nice the cottage was, how beautiful the area was, to how courteous and helpful Doug and Fiona were. Great people, perfect hosts. I was amazed at how much information, tips, advice, and suggestions they have ready for visitors. They have a binder packed full of helpful info, maps, and guides. We are going to really miss that place. We would absolutely love to come back and stay. Thank y’all for everything, you left a lasting impression on us and helped make what was left of our trip great. Hoping y’all will let us stay again. It is a very cute, modern cottage. Fiona & Doug provided a warm welcome and all the little things; attention to detail and linens that you would want in your own home. We had to shorten our stay... wish we could have stayed at their place longer. It is located in a quiet, beautiful area. Close enough to town; yet far enough from any road or other noises with a nice view of the lake from the front window and outside on the deck. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back!!

This cottage is just beautiful and it was the perfect for the two of us. Easy drive to explore Bigfork, Kalispell and Whitefish. Very happy we chose to stay at Fiona and Doug's cottage.

Very adorable little cottage —extremely clean and well equipped.

I typically do not write reviews, negative or positive, but our ten-day stay at the cottage was perfect. This is our fifth time visiting Montana and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The cottage is perfect for two people, beautifully decorated and equipped, and well laid out. The location is ideal as it is quiet and private with a gorgeous view of the lake but minutes away from many attractions. Doug and Fiona are the consummate hosts with a wealth of information about the area. We highly recommend taking the boat tour of Flathead Lake with Doug – it was both enjoyable and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and plan to make it a regular retreat.

We had a wonderful time. Doug and Fiona were excellent hosts, and had so many little extras (like bear spray) that saved us money and made us feel welcome. Great location, and a binder full of recommendations for the area. The cottage was incredibly clean, charming, and a perfect place for a couple to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

A perfectly comfortable stay in this cabin!

Fiona and Doug were very communicative and helpful prior to our arrival, and then they were very attentive and knowledgable when we checked in, gave us great local information, were very friendly and helpful and then left us to our own devices. The accommodations were absolutely immaculate with everything you would ever need in the cabin suite. Definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed in this kind of a location. Two big thumbs up and a solid recommendation for anyone who wants to stay in the Flathead Lake area and have good lake access and access to many other activities.

Our experience here was amazing. Fiona and Doug made sure they were there to walk us through all of the amenities, show us the super helpful guides for the area, and answer any questions we had in person. The cottage is super cozy, clean, and loaded with new appliances. It's location can't be beat either, as we were maybe a 3-minute drive from the lake and within 10 minutes of some fantastic food. 10/10 if we ever make our way back to Somers, we will definitely check the availability of this place first. The property owners are very nice and friendly. They truly want to give renters a 5 star experience. The property is beautiful with a view of Flathead Lake. I enjoyed Del’s in Somers and Taramack Brewery in Lakeside. There is so much to see and do. This is the perfect place to kick your feet up, watch a movie and rest up for the following days adventures! I highly recommend this property.

This cabin is beautiful, clean, good location but a little to close to the owner's home for any true privacy.

Awesome quite place to stay. Everything that is needed except food is at the location. Watched deer every eveing on the property. Direct Tv with HBO. Nice set up. Owners Doug and Feona on site location. Very informitive and nice folks. View is amazing of the Lake and watched the sail boat races through the dinning area window.

Absolute perfect little cottage for a couples getaway. Hosts are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. They go above and beyond most hosts we have encountered in our travels. We will definitely stay with them again if we make it back to the area.

Loved the property and location! Owners insisted on staying up to meet us and walk through cottage and amenities even though we were arriving late in the day. We are remodeling a 500 sq ft building that will become a studio apartment and I've taken so many notes because I love all of the finishings this cottage offers. If you plan a trip on Flathead lake, you're only a couple of minutes away. Deer seen in the community every day - we loved every minute of our stay!

Stayed here for a long weekend and took trips up to whitefish, glacier, and to flathead lake. The cabin has everything you need, and the owners thoughtfully included extra essentials such as bear spray, ziplocks and a lot of other things!

Wonderful location and great hosts!

This cottage was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Doug and Fiona went above and beyond, greeting us upon arrival and going over a few things with us. They provided a binder of things to do in the area with maps and brochures, and were happy to share their expertise on everything from outdoors activities to food. They were available by text our entire stay and were responsive to the questions we had. The location offered a nice view of Flathead Lake as well as a short drive to Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Bigfork, and Kalispell. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Everything was great only negative was mattress

We would definitely rate our stay an 11! The location, hospitality of the hosts, and the amenities far exceeded our expectations! The “little cabin” was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We would highly recommend this beautiful little gem for a relaxing, time with nature kind of vacation.

We had such a good time here. Both Doug and Fiona were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good information about the area and we had a wonderful hiking day in the Jewel Basin on the same hike they were on. The cabin fit us perfectly and was very well equipped and clean. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, modern cottage. It’s fresh and has a wonderful view of Flathead lake. The hosts are very attentive and check in was done personally by them with clear instructions. Small but efficient kitchen and excellent air conditioning and appliances. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.One thing to note is that the listing shows the availability of a washer and dryer but the fine print notes that “laundry service” is available which it is, but there is no laundry equipment in the cottage..

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay close enough to Flathead lake to really take in the experience of being in Montana. We found Doug and Fiona’s cottage and couldn’t have been happier about the location, views, and studio. The studio was very well decorated and organized. Fiona put together a very useful binder of popular places to dine, tour and shop. The location was ideal for commuting to surrounding towns and the lake. We highly recommend their cottage to anyone staying in the Flathead area. Thank you Doug and Fiona!
