The cabin was exactly as it was described, great location and neighborhood, and Tim was quick with responses. He was also a wonderful host and checked on us to make sure everything was going well.

My husband and I really enjoyed our cozy stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. Very relaxing environment to hang out with friends. The hot tub was great. Everything about our experience was just what we hoped for. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Could've slid a white glove across any surface of the entire property! Classy in every aspect. Special things like treats and toiletries were appreciated. Would give them 6+ stars if I could.

This cabin was perfect and a pleasure for our family. Everything was as advertised (the kitchen really is stocked. The welcoming touches of a sign, s’mores prep materials, some adult beverages, as well as the laid out towels and such are indicative of the care and thought put into making sure we had a quality and smooth stay. Further, we appreciated the solid list of area recommendations for restaurants, hikes and other attractions. This was our first visit to this area of CO - and hopefully one of many to come after this. Thank you!

A perfect property with everything you need!
We had a wonderful time at this property with our family of five. A great front porch to enjoy coffee and the back patio was used to make hot tub and s’more making memories with my granddaughter.

Great space both indoors and outdoors. Thoughtfully appointed with toiletries, stocked kitchen, and games. Comfortable beds and linens. Very clean. Gorgeous view on the front deck. Close to Manitou Springs and Green Mountain Falls, easy access to all attractions in the area. Really great stay. Owners were attentive and quick to respond to communication.

The house was just as described. The location was great for the sights in the area. Kitchen was a bit snail but well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The heater was much appreciated because the nights got chilly. Would definitely stay again.

We spent months looking for a cabin for our family vacation, and this one exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location that was close enough to everything we wanted to do yet far enough away to soak in the mountain air. The property manager was easy to get ahold of, kind and helpful. Our family had an amazing time and we can’t wait to visit again!

All 4 of us that stayed here loved it. Very clean which was huge with my wife. Updated but still with a rustic style. Great views and still pretty close to everything. Our hosts were perfect as well. They got back to me very timely with each question I had.

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. First of all, it is decorated so beautifully, I just want to live there! The place is also bigger than I thought it would be. The master bedroom has a lot of space and is at the back of the house. It was quiet and we slept so well. The hot tub was very clean and we loved both outdoor spaces available to use. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to make it back again someday!

This little cabin is in a great location on a quiet woodsy street with most beautiful view. They had a marquee welcoming our family with packaged smore kits, and a bottle of wine. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, pots& pans, coffee and teas and has a fresh upgraded look. We were comfortable , having 3 adults, 2 children on sleeper sofa. The front and back patios are both relaxing. They have a nice hot tub on back patio, and fire table to sit and make the smores. Every morning on front deck I saw birds, deer. We want to visit again!

So many neat touches!
The house was authentic with absolutely phenomenal lighting in and out and full of character. They put so much care into little (yet big) extra touches. Come stay to see what I mean. It didn't have A/C (which they list), but we actually were never hot with the air flow coming through. Had a good time either sitting at the table playing games, resting in our beautiful rooms, or outside by the hot tub or firepit. Saw deer grazing one day! Communication was fast and helpful. I would recommend!

This property was the best experience we've had staying away from home. We enjoyed the spacious living area and all the amenities this property has. It was nice watching the deer and rabbits graze outside as we sipped a cup of coffee. This property was also perfect for our little 17 month old girl. From the gated front porch that allowed her to roam freely outside to the dark bedroom during daylight hours that allowed for early bed times (since her sleep schedule was still on east coast time) and naps. Would recommend to anyone that has small children looking for a safe place.

The backyard had a fire pit and hot tub and was completely enclosed with a privacy fence, we never even saw or heard any of the neighbors!
