The property was comfortable and communication with the property owner was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this property- fenced back yard, tire swing, fire pit, and the house was peefect for our family- the owners were fast to respond to any questions, and overall, it was just a great week

The location is great. We happened to be there during some bad weather, but the kayaking and paddle boarding would have been a good adventure. The sunsets are unreal. The house was large enough for our group and very clean. We enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful home (upstairs could use a little attention) with breathtaking views of the river and sunsets. We are already looking to plan another trip in the near future.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, easy to get to, quiet and peaceful, stunning sunsets. Loved the live oaks and Spanish moss! Perfect for a midwinter escape for two retired couples to renew friendships and enjoy the local area. Especially enjoyed the day trip to Cumberland Island. Will definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable, lots of room for our family (mom, dad, two college-age sons) to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and waterfront location. Great kitchen for cooking all our meals in. Good pick if St. Marys is your home base for a week and want to relax.

The house, location, and view couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spotless, and the host was quick to respond to questions.

This was our second visit to this home and it was just as wonderful as the first. The kitchen is well equipped, the home was clean and the sunset view from the back porch and dock is spectacular. We will definitely stay here again!

Came to visit my daughter and could not have asked for a better location. Back deck is beautiful, peaceful, and we saw the most amazing sunsets. Kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. Tiffany was responsive right away to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, the sunsets were beautiful, and the location was perfect for access to Cumberland Island. We spent alot of time enjoying the view and peaceful setting under the covered deck.

This home is a gem. We spent four nights exploring Cumberland Island, Fernandina Beach, and St Mary's for a child's birthday weekend. Even if the home was short on small necessities (bath soap, cooking oil, standard coffee maker), it is well equipped on large ticket items like bicycles, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, TVs with streaming apps, dishwasher, Keurig machine, strong and reliable AC, icemaker, and the like. The owners generously open their home to guests and invite exploration of the beauty of the Georgia low country. We had an enchanting time and are grateful to have had such a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

We had a great time! The house was very clean. We enjoyed spending time together and the dock was so much fun. So peaceful and quiet. We will stay again.

Cannot say enough about this property. Great location! We fished, shrimped, and crabbed right off the dock in the backyard. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Drive to downtown St. Mary's was short and easy. We did take the ferry to Cumberland Island while we were here. House and Cumberland Island highly recommended! We will be back!

Everything exceeded our expectations. To be on the river , and under the moss draped oaks was much delight . So many golden conversations shared w my son and wife and grandaughter . Better than a trip to Europe !!! We all have full hearts !

The property was on a beautiful marsh, very clean, gorgeous trees and backyard, easy to get to Cumberland Island Ferry, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and the hostess was quick to respond and easy to work with.

We just completed our very first visit to Saint Marys, and could not have been more pleased with this property! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was immaculate and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, every amenity was thought of and provided. Host communication was excellent! The dock was incredible — we had family visit with their boat and it made things so easy! We are already planning our return visit.

The property was great for the family. The residence was supplied with many extras including bicycles, paddle boards and kayak, and a new dock with picnic area. It also had a fenced back yard with tree swing, great for dogs and kids. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property.

Location wonderful and sunsets fabulous. Property a bit tired and in need of update

We loved the view of the water and the decor within the house. We arrived early and the owners welcomed us. The owner was concerned of cleanliness of her house because she had not checked it prior to us arriving. She mentioned hand prints on the windows, etc. The items that were not clean were as follows: the carpets throughout the house were stained by dog urine, the vinyl flooring throughout the house made my feet black when I was walking through the house, the towels once they got wet smelled of dog urine, and there were a few other things. My husband and I went and brought new towels for the family. What really bothered us was the amenities. The hot tub did not have water in it nor does it work. We were looking forward to sitting in the tub at night. The owner told me when I contacted her after we left that a prior guest had allowed their dog to get in the tub and it had gotten broken. Don't advertise a hot tub, if you already know it is broken. The back porch second floor, please do not lean against the rails because they may not hold you. They easily move back and forth. All the chairs around the fire pit, but one, were broken. Also, when you walk up the front stairs they have a lot of rotten wood and lean. This house is in a beautiful location and it just needs some tender love and care/ In their ad on VRBO, they mentions things are for the guest but they may not work due to prior guest which is a warning they don't fix what they know is broken. Take it out if you know it is broken.... We have never rented a VRBO and had things not work.

The week was marvelous!! Dog loved the backyard

We stayed for several days at the end of August. The house had everything we needed. The back porch, dock, view were great. We used the kayak several times however it was a challenge to get in it and out since there was not a ladder. There are a few safety issues that were addressed with the owner. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The big, fence-in yard with firepit, deck and new docks were a perfect fit. Views of the North River were second-to-none. Home had everything we needed. Make sure to call Owner for directions because Google Maps did not recognize address listing. Great, walkable neighborhood close to St. Mary's, which has great dining (401, Riverside) and other amenities (Cumberland Island ferry, Brackish Brewery, waterfront park) and proximity to Okefenokee NWR (worth the hour drive for nature lovers!). We will definitely stay here again.
