This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Jennifer was was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed.

Gated community, side of mountain that overlooked Cabo San Lucas and Marina. The evening lights aglow from the lively town were magical. We love the location just far enough from the town to have a very private feel. Close enough to walk to town or to any of the restaurants. The condo has great windows a full wrapped porch and semi private pools to lounge at. We give this stay a 10.

We were not on vacation, but helping a small community in Cabo who are less fortunate in need. The garage space was perfect for organizing all the goods. The unit was spacious as well. They provide everything you need. Jennifer the host was the best! Out of all the VRBOs we've rented over the years, she was the first who actually met us at the unit when we arrived and walked us through letting us know of any small issues the unit might have had. Was great to know someone cared that much. She also provided great communication along the way and provided tips as well. Kudos to Stephanie!!

The location of this property is great with wonderful views. The downside is the cleanliness and maintenance issues that the owner should be aware of to rectify. No faucet on the tub in the bathroom. Found it in the cupboard under the sink. There was also a leak on the floor after showering. We always made sure the shower door was closed tight too. This happened in both bathrooms. In the smaller bathroom the toilet paper holder fell of the wall it was so loose. The sink tap in the smaller bathroom also requires repair. The overall cleanliness ... not so good. It didn't appear that the floors were cleaned/scrubbed. You could see many spots where there were spills and dried upon our arrival. Our absolute #1 disappointment was not being made aware of the construction/traffic noise taking place daily. We couldn't even really enjoy being out on the balcony from around 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Saturday. The big construction vehicles and their noise made it impossible to even talk when driving by ... and there were a ton of them. We believe you should make people aware of this when they book. On a good note, we loved both the pools.

We had a great experience from getting picked up, 30min stop for groceries, swim supplies, spices, cooking supplies, and much more. The padregal beach hike was awesome and suggested by the property manager

We enjoyed our 9 days in the very clean and roomy condo. Excellent AC and comfortable beds! The hill is a bit of a walk and so we ended up ubering way more than expected but I'm sure many people wouldn't mind that. Jennifer was Excellent as our host and communicated well.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for ten days, and never wanted to leave! It is beautiful, and much bigger than the pictures show. Equipped with everything you need. The deck and the view are the best part, it’s overlooking the ocian and the whole city, a 7 minute walk to downtown Cabo. The two pools are wonderful and the whole outdoor area is meticulously taken care of. Jennifer was constantly in touch, and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend this Vrbo, it will exceed your expectations! I had a blast here.

We were completely thrilled with this property. Great Customer Service. We stayed at three different places while in Los Cabos and this one was, by far, the best. We would definitely stay here again!
