The house was as described and the pictures were very accurate. We had a great time and will stay here again when returning to the Phoenix area.

The house was just awesome! There were several of us from all over the United States attending a family wedding, and everyone had a fantastic time, and it was an unanimous decision that this was one of the best places we have stayed at. The amenities were as shown in the listing (the kitchen is so very well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook/bake) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to anywhere you need to go. The backyard was our go to place, so relaxing and big enough for everyone!! The property management company was great, they contacted us when we got there with a phone call to make sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. They were attentive to text messages and emails If and when we return to the area, we will definitely be looking at booking this house again!!

House was great for a family reunion (all 21 and older). Very clean. Large kitchen and table for gathering and family meals. Pool table, badminton, and corn hole provided lots of fun. Hiked quite a few trails. While bit of a drive from Old Town (which we knew), there was shopping and restaurants close by. Property manager was extremely attentive. Highly recommend.

The home is laid out perfectly with the main living and gathering areas in the center of the home and the 8 bedrooms surrounding on both sides.
We normally find with these homes the kitchen will not have premium pans and utensils but this was not the case with this property. Everything we could ask for to cook for our large group was here. We did have issues with the icemaker which they offered to reimburse us for bagged ice until they could get it fixed. If I were to make a suggestion for this large of a home it would be to have a larger beverage cooler or an additional full size refrigerator. There is plenty of room in the home for this.
The home upon arrival was very clean and smelled wonderful. The guests all found their beds very comfortable.
The backyard with the hot tub and fire pit was very nice. Plenty of room to gather together or separately with the separate seating areas.
We enjoyed the home so much we have reserved it again in February.

We had a party of 6 stay for a golf trip and the house was perfect. Will book again if the opportunity presents itself! We highly recommend this listing.

This home is huge and we had lots of room for our big family to spread out and be comfortable. It was super clean and we were pleased with how well the home is stocked. There are lots of places for people to sit together to eat. The king beds and baths were great! The kids played pool and other games inside but our favorite was the newly added pool and spa in the back yard! We spent many hours enjoying these and loving every minute. We also had fun trying out the putting green followed by drinks at the outdoor bar. The AVHR staff was helpful and told us soon there will be professional landscaping added around the new pool. We will definitely come back to see this and stay here again. We highly recommend this place and especially if you want a peaceful setting with a private pool and spa.

Great Place for Golf Group
We rented this house for a group of 8 guys for a golf trip. It was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom with a king bed. Overall, the place was perfect.

Old Golfers
Great property for 8 old men who appreciate private sleeping quarters in comfortable beds. It is convenient to a number of premium golf courses. It also offers plenty to do during down time at the house. Hot tub and fire pit were a hit. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing eat-in meals. This would also be a great place for extended families to get together. Suggested improvements would be additional seating in the main living/ TV room and permission to smoke in designated outdoor areas.

Great southwest home
My family is very large and we all were able to stay in the house comfortably for Thanksgiving. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The house also provided a lot of games which gave us endless activities. The backyard could use some landscaping (maybe a pool). The kitchen was also missing some cooking tools. Other than it was a great house for us and very scenic as well.

Great property for golf group
Perfect for guys golf trip. 8 BR’s all with king size beds so no one is stuck in a bunk bed. Pool table, big TV & kitchen was all we really needed. Would stay again.

Large and well appointed property.
The property presents the same as the pictures. Check in / out was simple and easy. There was plenty of room and the unit was well appointed. Plenty of towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc... The coffee pods were much appreciated! Overall, no complaints at all. We had a great time. Even the hot tub worked perfectly (which is a often a rarity in rental situations)

8 guys on a meetings/golf boondoggle. The house was great. Very spacious. Well maintained and had plenty of amenities. We appreciated the management company being responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend this house to anyone!
