We booked this stay solely for the air conditioning. The one and only requirement my group was looking for was air conditioning. We stayed further from the city center and paid more than we would like because this listing said it had air conditioning. It did not. I sent an email to the hospitality team and explained the listing said air conditioning but it did not appear there was. I was told that the listing is wrong and was thanked for my understanding. I do not understand and am EXTREMELY upset and disappointed with my stay in Zurich. It was extremely hot in the apartment the entire time. My group was exhausted from traveling and seeing a concert and needed to venture out of the apartment as much as possible to find relief. I believe j should receive at least a partial refund for my stay as the one and only requirement needed at this rental was not met. Additionally, the 5th sleeping arrangement was a couch that had huge stains on it and needed to be pushed up against the wall to stay in an upright position. J would not recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Zurich and most certainly will never stay there again myself.

Very convenient to tram, grocery. A little sterile in decorating but beds comfortable and clean with lots of hot water. Very good at communications.

The property was exactly as described. Perfect for two couples with separate bed and bath rooms. Very close to public transportation that can easily got you anywhere in the city. Highly recommended!

The apt was just as we saw in the listing. It had everything we needed for our brief stay in Zurich. Location is ideal with restaurants and shops nearby.

Due to our last minute cancellation we got assigned to a new apartment (not the one we chose) but on the website it still looked like a good option since the area is nice and it was also close to the main station. The location of the apartment was very good and so was the view over the city from the living room with balcony and one of the bedrooms. We expected the building not to be the most appealing according to a previous tenants review which was the case, although the entrance was clean and organized there was a strong smell of cooked food and cigarettes the moment you walk into the building which is unpleasant. Now to the apartment, The layout was good, the beds were comfortable, the towels were decent and the bed linen was also decent to good. Now the negative points, For this price point I think filling the apartment with extremely cheap IKEA furniture, cheap appliances and bad curtains really disappointed us, it just makes everything look a bit old and dirty. A lot of the items still had the purchase stickers on. There was no vacuum or a broom to swipe the floors. Very annoying if you’re staying longer and you like it clean. The bathroom and toilet need a heavy refurbish, it’s used and old, again not really matching the price we paid for the apartment. Kitchen, functional, but again old and used, not cleaned properly, the floor was literally black with dirt we realized this after wiping some paper over the surface.

The property was in a great location for the Zurich Christmas markets!
