We had a great time staying here. The location was excellent, and there was so much around that you could walk or bike to which was perfect for us. The pool wasn’t as clean as it looked in the VRBO app, but it was still nice enough to be used. The bike availability was great, although we couldn’t get two of the locks to open, which limited our access to which bikes we could use. All things considered it was a very lovely place to stay, and we would stay again!

We visited Seaside for 4 days with our daughter, SIL and 3 yo granddaughter. Nice house including comfy beds and good towels and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestions would be for a deep cleaning of the pool (pool water cloudy and concrete very stained). The pine needles are also out of control in the backyard/pool! Not sure if the pines could be cut down but I would do that, if possible as they provide little-no shade and a LOT of mess. The bathtub was almost unusable due to the glass shower doors and the depth of the tub. Very difficult for “seniors” and a toddler to use! Would also recommend a step stool so small children can use the toilet and the sink more easily, and recommend non breakable drink ware for the pool area. Also note - the front panel of the dishwasher was broken making it very difficult to use. No beach chairs or beach towels included in rental, either. Finally - no ice maker in the fridge.

Property was awesome! Family enjoyed it immensely. Short walk to beach access. The bikes were awesome for getting to Seaside. Just a relaxing getaway. A few of the bike combination locks were not operable and need to be replaced. We loved the place and would surely stay again in the future.

Great house and even better location. Short and picturesque walk to the beach and to Seaside, but far enough to feel tucked away from the larger crowds. House had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured. Pool and fenced in yard offered a perfect private retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and conveniences of this home. All our needs were anticipated and met. The property was very clean and comfortable. Will recommend to others looking for the Seagrove Beach area.

We travel to 30a every year for thanksgiving and absolutely loved this place. It was so quiet and convenient. The perfect layout for my husband and I and our dogs and my mother-in-law. The outdoor area was great when we had guests over to entertain.

Our family of 3 enjoyed this property and look forward to returning. We loved being able to walk to Seaside, the beach, and restaurants. The house was spacious enough for us and nicely furnished, even better than it looks in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances and we cooked most of our meals there. There were also a nice variety of games, puzzles, and books for all ages. We also enjoyed the beach cart and beach chairs provided. The leasing agency was responsive, and regarding other reviews - we appreciated what was obviously a brand new fence, and we were appropriately notified of pool cleanings.

Not as promised. Fence in poor shape and almost caused the loss of our beloved family dog. Pool man came in unannounced and startled me during my morning coffee. Commodes not bolted to floor Pool not cleaned when we arrived , cleaned last day and again unannounced. Kitchen not fully stocked. No matching glassware, 1 wine glass, etc. no response when I called and emailed the property management. We checked our 1 day early due to the unannounced pool man and the fence issue. We were devastated that we almost lost our dog, who is not a small dog and should not have been able to get through fence. Wooden fence was broken and had a gap that we had not noticed until she escaped.

We could t have asked for a better location!! This house has the largest pool that we saw on our trip. The owners have thought of everything. Literally all we were missing was a pair of scissors! It is a five minute walk to the beach and the beach cart is perfect to help transport. Rent beach service daily for your chairs because the stairs to the beach from the boardwalk are quite steep. You only need two sets of beach towels because there is a large capacity washer and dryer. The master bedroom and the bunk bed room are far from each other, so bring a baby monitor or download a baby monitor app (we used Teddy Bear and it was spotty at times). The house was perfect and we would definitely stay again! Much less beach traffic than Seaside and the beach is absolutely just as beautiful. You can walk to Seaside via a variety of paths, including a 7 minute beach walk. A++++++!!!!

We had a great time this past week at this house. House is 3 blocks from the beach, beach cart was great. House was very clean. Pool was lovely and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

The house and location are amazing! Walk to everything! Pool is great!! However-during our stay the fence was being rebuilt-so we had a team of workers in the back yard everyday Sunday-Wednesday-our dog could not go out because the fence was incomplete. We paid for the pool to be heated, but it was not heated after the first day. It was overall a disappointment-due to these circumstances.

First, the property management company was outstanding! They were friendly and communicated well. Richard was especially helpful. The check-in process was a breeze and we got into the home without issue. The home was exceptionally clean and there was a decent starter supply of items (dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, TP). Although there are no beach towels (remember to bring your own), there were plenty of towels for us to use for both after showering and after pool time. Despite the fact that there were only 3 of us, even if there were 8 of us, there would have been plenty of towels. The beds were quite comfortable with nice linens. And there were extra pillows and blankets - a definite plus! Similarly, the couch was extremely comfortable. The pool was wonderful and a nice retreat - well maintained with both a shallow and deep-end. There is a pool light you can turn on that my daughter went wild for. We were also offered to have the pool heated for a charge. We opted not to since it was still pretty warm but I can see this being a great option when the weather cools down a bit. Some additional pros: fully stocked kitchen (except it lacked a can opener - we didn't need one but noticed there wasn't one), small beach cart provided, TVs in all rooms, excellent location just 5 mins or so walk to the beach, outdoor shower so as to not bring sand inside, games and puzzles galore, several baby items including pack-n-play and baby sound monitor. Things that could be improved upon: the dining room table chairs are acrylic and have cracked in numerous places. Not a big deal but could be replaced. There does not appear to be roku or netflix for any of the TVs. Lastly, we were there four days and in that time three different people came by the house (a pool cleaner, a landscape guy and a person from the management company). All were unannounced. The pool cleaner was there when we arrived and was cleaning the pool so not a big deal - we'd much prefer it to be clean - and it was the only time he was there. He was extremely friendly and hurried to get the job done so we could settle in. The landscape guy popped in at some point to blow off the pool area. We do feel the person from the property management company should have contacted us prior to arrival to make sure she wasn't interrupting our stay. This definitely wouldn't deter us from staying again though. The house is sweet, well-stocked, close to the beach, shopping and Publix.

The house was cozy, well kept, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with the kids and very clean. We would definitely consider returning!

The backyard and pool are absolutely fantastic.House is well equipped, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, which was awesome. Rooms are all comfortable, and the layout of the house is convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to switch out Keurig to a regular coffee maker. Love my Keurig at home as an addition and not a substitute for a standard coffeemaker. It's frustrating to make coffee cup by cup if you have more than one person who wants coffee in the morning :)

We enjoyed the quietness of the backyard and the large pool all being very close to the beach and Seaside. Property is great for a small family group. The owners did show up unannounced one morning at 8:30am, waking us up and their kids went into the backyard unannounced. We thought this was very rude and should have been notified by management that the owners would show up so early in the morning. Especially the only morning I was able to sleep in.

Perfect house for our needs. Loved having the pool to relax. Walk to beach was fine, wouldn't recommend trying to lug too much though. Would definitely rent again.
