Beautiful house with plenty of room for multiple families. Gorgeous setting with views of the Pacific, Malibu mountains, and sunsets. HmTennis court and swimming pool were well used by the kids. Thanks, Sara, for your help.

We had the best time staying at this property! The two houses were perfect for our group and the amenities were wonderful. Sara was easy to connect with and the place was in perfect condition, just like the pictures. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

The house was very comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and ample space to hang out. The outdoor area is beautiful and the barn is perfectly appointed. A great venue for a Malibu retreat.

This is a beautiful and well appointed property - both main house and cottage - with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. Tennis court and pool in great shape. Multiple options of where to eat and hang out, both indoor and out. Pretty good wifi coverage - you may have to find your spot and stay there for calls. Stocked kitchen amenities and pantry items. Dishwasher and laundry work great. Beds are VERY VERY COMFORTABLE and bathrooms are very nice, with great water pressure. The place was immaculate when we got there and the pool was cleaned before and during the stay. While the photos capture the views, they do not do the house itself justice. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. We had a family gathering here with folks who had not seen each other in years and it was very meaningful and successful!

The pool was great, eastern facing with lots of morning/afternoon sun - kids had a lot of fun swimming. Decor was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for Malibu with a beautiful panoramic ocean view. Would definitely stay here again with a large group.

The house was beautiful but the view was the best part of the property- absolutely stunning. Sara was so helpful and easy to work with. Everything was exactly what it said it would be. We had the best trip- would recommend to anyone staying in Malibu.
