When we arrived at the lake house we were so happy with the cleanliness and the size of the home. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house had the perfect set up for our family. We really enjoyed our stay. Strongly advise to purchase the wristbands for hiking and swimming. We were fortunate to know someone who lived there and took us on his boat to see the beautiful lake.

The house was I think one of the best ones I have ever stayed at through VRBO or others. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of lounge and hangout space, deck space, cooking was a dream. 10 girls helping in the kitchen at once was no problem. Plenty of dishes, spices, etc. although we brought our own oil and spices to be safe- we probably didn't have to. Beautiful house and I would love to stay there again! The driveway into the house is a little tight and windy, but you'll get it.
FYI Lake Arrowhead is not a public lake. you need to give the homeowner the emails and names of the whole party. then you need to go to the lake arrowhead association office and pay for a wristband to use the beaches or the trails. it was $10 each person for 1 day use.

Gorgeous home walking distance to the lake. The only thing that was different on the photos was there was no grass on the little yard adjoining the master bedroom and deck. It was just dirt. Everything else was very accurate. The living room was a tiny bit smaller than the photos show. Beautiful location and home. The owner is excellent about responding to text messages and emails. Overall excellent experience.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place! Awesome house! Great location! My friends loved it!
However, if you want to use the dock, which we didn’t, there are a few things you have to do these days and pay a fee.

Wow… first off the pictures of the home are stunning. But the pictures don’t do it justice. Every floor every detail are amazing. You can tell they put their hearts into this place.
Well stocked everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The beds, linens and towels all high quality and the master bath feels like you’re on a spa. With a jacuzzi and steam room on premises you’ve real elevated the VRBO experience. We will be back

Beautiful home with all the right amenities and location on Lake Arrowhead Lake. Lots of areas to spread out and socialize. Upstairs bar and game room were a favorite. Modern kitchen and decks. Hot tub is a plus. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful. The cleaning staff take pride in their work. The house was perfect for our long weekend get-away to celebrate parents 65th anniversary, Father's Day and a family B'day.The varous levels of the home provide everyone their own unique space, temperature control, balconies/patios. We often found ourselves at the dining room table for lots of laughing and story telling or upstairs playing pool and watching our teams play on the big screen tvs. Several avid fishermen in the family were obsessed with the opportunity to catch the large bass and carp visible from the shoreline. Just a short walk to the lake and down a set of stairs. This gave the family a chance to gather together by the lake & support the fishing obsession. We did meet a couple bass face to face (catch &release) but the Carp just teased the fishermen and swished away. This is a wonderful home that fits it's description.

The property is stunning. It's sprawling over three levels, has very high end finishes and is very comfortable. The outside areas feel like you're in the trees. We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in the area. I didn't know anything about lake arrowhead - the lake and surrounding area are so picturesque. There are a lot of rules for properties surrounding the lake and it doesn't seem like it's possible to actually get out on the lake without being an owner in the area so we didn't get to explore as much as we'd like - but even knowing that now we'd book this property again.

This was a great family 3-day getaway. It was perfect for us. Great house and location. We had one little hiccup when the gate code didn't work one night after returning from dinner. Evidently, there are two code options in case the one they give you doesn't work (ask for both). We only waited about 30 minutes and got a hold of the property manager, and he gave us the second code. All was good again! This house was beautiful and the surrounding views were amazing. We will definitely be back!

This house and stay was better than our group could've imagined - even with the beautiful photos and detailed description online. We were two families with small children and the space setup was fantastic. This location was perfection - enough outdoor yard space to play - still with a view of the lake and only a short walk away on a beautiful path. The house cleanliness and upkeep was BETTER and MORE comfortable than any hotel stay in the area. High end from the kitchen and bathroom fixtures to the steam room and hot tub. We were all very pleased and are excited to be back again this year!

This home is a beauty. It's tri-level, has two fireplaces and is beautifully decorated. Everything in it is modern, has plenty of outdoor space and is walking distance to the lake. Our family loved it!

Every year o plan an annual family vacation to get the family together for a week. The layout of this hone was perfect for the 10 of us! The spa and game room we’re definitely added benefits. Would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation
Our family of 9 had a great time in Lake Arrowhead. Our accommodations at this house met our expectations. The house was just as listed. We had plenty of room for all of us and the home was very clean and immaculate. Johnny was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, 5 Star quality. Upstairs issues:
Both upstairs bath shower mixing valves for the water wasn’t delivering hot water. Hot water in both sinks but not either shower. Gameroom shower drain was inop. Gameroom smoke detector was missing. Minor inconvenience.

Absolutely perfect!
We loved staying here! The cabin felt like a luxury hotel, straight out of a magazine. Exactly as pictured! The house had all the amenities and was great for cooking in the beautiful kitchen and playing games and movie nights upstairs. The location was unbeatable - just a few minutes walk to the lake. Management was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We will absolutely be back!
