In summary, our stay was ok. Depends on what your expectations are. Pans were not really up to par….. very overwhelming odor of plug ins which is a no no for me. I just unplugged them all and placed outside until our stay was over. (7 of them). Windows and such were ok. The pool was not able to be swam in due to the overwhelming chlorine odor, I think it may have been shocked the day of. Water is very hard, which is a thing for me. The sink garbage disposal did not work. Overall really great however! The host was great and responsive!!!

This property was located in a great place and was super aesthetic. The only complaint i had was that there was no shower curtain in a bath room and the other bathroom didn’t have a liner which made water get everywhere. Other than that, it was a great experience!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was Daytona 500 weekend, rain all weekend, race delayed. We were so happy that we had this house to stay in, there were 9 of us we played games, watched movies and ate, could not have asked for more, great time together with family. Thank you

Our stay was nice, we had a few small issues but we were able to get quick responses. The couch in living area was not the most comfy but it worked. We would suggest they get a Kuerig or better working coffee pot, as it was the 1st house we rented that didn't include a little coffee area. But it was close to where we needed to be and not far from the airport. The outdoor area was nice,weather didn't allow for a lot of use. Would stay again if in the area :)

We were looking for a place as close to Downtown Orlando as we could get where we could all stay together instead of hotel rooms and this for the bill perfectly! The house was lovely and clean and the outside area was large with plenty of seating which made this girls trip so enjoyable. We had several questions and the host was super quick to respond and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property!

The host is awesome, amazing, and friendly. But as far as the property, needs a lot of TLC. The curb appeal needs a lot of maintenance around the whole property. The neighborhood is far from upscale or high end.
In the pictures of the website on the inside of the house looks nice with the positive affirmations and cool décor, but it was not enough to cover up the bug and insect problem in the kitchen and bedrooms. Even with the host having the Professional Pest control to come out and spray there still was issues with bugs and insects. The pool we were told it's suppose to be clean and service once a week and that never happen. I feel bad in posting all this because the host was trying to accommodate us. But as a person that reads reviews I would of love to know the truth in advance.

Some furnishings could use an upgrade. The living area sofa specifically, and one bedroom mattress looked dingy and stained when sheets were removed. We also experienced an A/C failure in the midst of a graduation failure that took 12-14 hours to satisfactorily resolve. Nevertheless, overall we were reasonably satisfied.

My husband and I, along with our 4 kids, enjoyed a lovely week at this home in Altamonte Springs. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The online listing had some inaccuracies (especially the part about ski slopes! Lol.) It’s in an older neighborhood but it was very quiet and super close to some great restaurants. There has been some deferred maintenance to the outside items which wasn’t a great first impression, but the property is run by a property management company. We notified them about broken items and they were very receptive. Overall a good option (unless you truly were looking for ski slopes!)

Enjoyed this beautiful home it our family Just what we were looking for. Not in a busy town but also not too far away from Orlando. Property manager was always very responsive and helpful with any questions and concerns. Will be rebooking in the future.

Cozy
This location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house itself was very modern, nicely decorated, and well equipped with all the essential items needed. I will add that this is one of the smallest homes I’ve ever rented, not much extra walking or luggage space. Overall we had a very nice visit.

AMAZING Orland Vacation with Clean & Comfortable Home
My wife, 2 year old daughter and I absolutely loved our 4 night stay! The house has everything you need and is fully loaded with kitchen supplies, bath/pool towels, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable; all of them are Tempur-Pedic mattresses & pillows, with very clean / fresh sheets. Both bathrooms are very nice and clean. CLEAN is a big theme throughout the home :) The backyard is private and quiet, and the pool is perfect for a small family. Location is perfect; quiet cul de sac street, only 3 minutes from Publix, 10-15min from many restaurants and more. Overall, would recommend the house to anyone staying in the Orlando area; we will gladly stay again the next time we are in the area. Thanks!!

Thoughts from a large group
Or stay here was very nice! Everything was very clean and neat as the pictures show, but the pictures don’t do justice in showing how small the house actually is. There were 13 in our group and I definitely don’t know how you would sleep 16 people. The owner Darryl is super easy to work with and will help you out with anything.

Wedding Weekend
The house is located within 12 minutes of Winter Park. Perfect for our needs. Daryl was very quick to respond and so easy to work with during our stay. I had a few questions and he responded almost immediately. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Amazing property!
This was the perfect place to stay! We were in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space to spread out. The patio was wonderful. The interior was decorated perfectly. Everything went just as panned. I would recommend staying here it’s a great find.

We enjoyed our time at the house and the pool.. We just had a bit of an issue with the lock and some propane for the grill but Darryl was a pro and walked me through an amicable solution that helped us both!

Great place
Communication was spot on. House was clean. House was a bit smaller than what we thought liking at the pictures but it fit us nicely. There were 7 of us and I feel that was a comfortable number. Not sure that I would want more there. It would have been nice to have maybe a small container of laundry soap and maybe some hand soap For the bathrooms. We had to go purchase some and couldn’t take it back with us since we flew. But this was a nice place and I would recommend to others.

Great, comfortable stay
My family (7 adults and 2 children) were in town for my brother's wedding. The house was clean and exactly as pictured online. We were a little tight with our group, but not too bad! The pool and back patio area is fantastic and the reason we went with this house. We spent the bulk of our time out there. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning - it took quite a while for the AC to come down to a comfortable temperature for our group - but Darryl and team are SO responsive and great communicators. They got back to me within minutes every time and helped us out! I recommend this home. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend this spot. It was a very cool place in a great area. Had a little trouble getting in which was definitely more my fault than the owners, but be sure to read very carefully the instructions for entry. The security system is VERY secure. Also we had plenty of room with 12 people but a lot of them were students, the place would technically sleep 16, but if you have 16 adults who do not want to get too cozy with one another it would be almost an impossible squeeze.

Great home!
We really enjoyed this property! It had everything we needed. I actually learned how to make a pour over (coffee) here with the provided kettle etc. This is also a great place for kids due to the bunk beds.
