Kitchen was very well equipped. The loft is small, and I think shouldn't count as a bedroom. Nice fireplace in living room. Easy drive to the lifts. Our only gripes were that the occupants of the other unit parked in the driveway instead of the garage, which was not allowed, making our garage access very difficult. The management would not do anything about this. Be careful driving into the garage-there is curved trim that makes the outside sides of the entrance shorter than the center so watch your rooftop rack.

Three private suites accommodated 3 adult couples well. Close to mountain. Hot tub was nice and hot at 103 :) Full kitchen.

Great condo. Parking was a problem because we had 3 vehicles. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. I could not find a way to park anywhere else legally. Unable to pay for parking on line and no one was available to help.

Excellent rental. Very clean and well stocked. The hot tub was great. We made this our base for hiking and exploring.

20 Rasor Court was amazing! The property was well kept, in a great location, and thoroughly stocked. I loved the vertical arrangement with the rooms on different levels - it makes the rooms feel private. The linens were clean and comfortable. The hot tub and grill were very nice extras. I would definitely stay again.

The only problem we had was the garage door code not working so we had to open and close it from inside and use main door. The communication was prompt and we were provided lots of helpful information prior to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the place!

Booked this place because of the private hot tub which turned out to be broken for the whole duration of our trip. There was also a layer of dust on the floor in the whole house when we checked in. There was a note saying to take off our shoes and after 30 mins of walking around the house, our feet were all dirty. Not sure they even cleaned the floors before we checked in. This was also listed as 4 BR which actually turned out to be 3 BR and a loft with a sofa bed so our two year old ended up in a pack n play in one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the rooms were decently sized and the place had everything we needed. Just wished they had cleaned the floors and fixed the hot tub before we showed up.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is located on its own floor which gave everyone plenty of privacy. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the games we found in the game closet! We loved our time and would definitely stay again!

House was comfortable, very spacious and was great having a private hot tub to relax after spending the day in the snow. Great place for families with 3 separate sleeping suits, everyone has their own personal space. We made dinner most nights at home, kitchen was well equipped and loved having a slow cooker to be able to come back to a hot meal at the end of the day. Kitchen could have used ice trays but we just bought ice at the corner store just a walk through the parking lot so not really a complaint. Check in and out was very easy, and nice to have heated garage to come in and out of! Definitely recommend staying here, we enjoyed it very much! 😀

Reviewer Comments: Our team of 28 young athletes, 11 parent chaperones and 6 coaches from Carrabassett Valley Academy in Maine had an incredible ski camp at A-basin & Loveland, using 7 amazingly beautiful Alders town homes as our base camp this November. The team at SCMR could not have been more accommodating throughout our stay. This is the 3rd year we've used SCMR, and we plan to return for many years to come.

Furniture was warm but it was nice to be comfortable.

The place was easy to access and great for our quick stay. Communication about check in and out was easy and very responsive.

BWARE…This property’s pics were shot to make rooms look larger than they are. Lots of odd wall angles and very tight stairways. Upholstered furniture is very tired. It in no way should be advertised as sleeping 10 because 4 of those beds are pull outs that require significant furniture movement to make work and one doesn’t work at all unless you climb over beds. Also the mattress in LR pull out was uncomfortable, thin, old had and holes plus no mattress pad. Also most of the closets were filled with spare quilts, lamps, and other items leaving little room for our luggage etc last but not least mold in every shower either on floors & walls or shower curtains. Very disappointed.
