We had a great time here! The room was pretty clean with a couple very minor issues 1 being the floors weren't very clean and the sheets looked to have cut hair all over them.(neither of which I contacted them about) I just bought some new sheets. The bed it's self was pretty comfy and the room it's self was beautifully decorated, smelt nice, and felt very homey! Perfect spot if you don't like the crowds (which we dont). We had a little trouble getting into the room at 1st but customer service was incredible and very friendly and had us in in no time. Thank yall for the wonderful experience!

The condo was nice. My biggest issue was that there was no washer and dryer. The TV in the master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. There is a "ghost" on the screen that will not go away. Oh, and need more hangers for sure. Bathroom is totally weird with sink behind the door. But love Carillon and will definitely be back.

Loved the area, beach was beautiful

While this unit was well decorated and in a decent location there were a few things that were disappointing about it. First off, the floors were filthy on arrival, and secondly there were many things in the unit that just didn't work. The light over the stove was blown so it was nearly impossible to see to cook, also the ceiling fan in the living area seemed to have a mind of its own because it would randomly speed up or slow down or even just turn off regardless of what button you were pressing on the remote. Also, while not a malfunction, the layout of the bathroom makes it so that you cannot use the sink without having the door closed. Very annoying if you have small children like we do. Oh and the bathroom lights switches are outside the bathroom. My son thought it was hilarious to turn the lights off while I was showering. And last but not least, beach access is gained by taking a walk through a gated community for a few blocks. Oh and make sure what you have can be carried up about 20 steps because if there is a ramp to roll a wagon up we didn't see it. While these issues may not be deal breakers for some or even for us, all of it together was, we left for home a day early.

My husband and I stayed for a few days for our anniversary! We really enjoyed the condo! Very cute decor, the condo was overall very clean.The comforter was a little dingy, but that's it. The TV didn't work in the bedroom, but we thought the smart TV in the living room was a nice touch! The porch was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to beach as well as close proximity to Rosemary & Alys!

This was a very nice property, however, a few things could have made it even better. The kitchen lighting was very poor. We were surprised that there was no coffee provided. I left a list of things that could improve the property on the card in the kitchen. Thank you.

Our family really enjoyed our time here! Listing details were accurate. There is some construction going on in the area, but it didn’t negatively impact our experience. We loved the little cafe and pizza place that are on site.

What a beautiful property and room! The bed was COMFORTABLE! The aesthetics were 💯. I would love to stay at this property again. Also clean bathroom is HUGE for me and it was Flawless. Also enjoyed the balcony that just flowed with the decor from the inside to the outside. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

The condo was clean and updated. Beautiful view of the lagoon from the balcony. The large community pool was refreshing and had 2 hot tubs. The area was quiet and relaxing. The community pool has a lock that acts finicky, just remember to bring the code and be patient. We had to leave the condo area and drive to one of the Beach access' in the community behind the property. It is a hike on a hot summer day and for my elderly mom. She was not able to climb the stairs to access the beach so we did have to drive to a local public beach access that had flat ground to get to the beach. That is truly the only downfall we found with the property. The "shopping" area within the condo facility is under construction so we were not able to enjoy those features. It was definitely a beautiful relaxing trip. Thanks!

Very dated property. The complex had construction in progress around every corner. Very long walk to beach. Bedroom fronted to Hwy 98.. No place to store luggage. Cannot recommend.

We've been coming to the 30A area for 20+ years. Love the area and Carillon Beach is a true 10. Apartment was convenient and awe had a beautiful lakefront view. We will be back.

We were very pleased with everything about this unit. The rental company responds to inquiries immediately. The location was close to good seafood, a pool and the beach. The wifi worked well. Very nicely decorated and quite comfortable. We would definitely use again.

Great condo for a long weekend getaway with my college age daughter! Unit is updated and had everything we needed! Would definitely return.

This condo was very nice. It was close to the beech and stores and restaurants. The view from the deck of Lake Powell was very pretty.

Very modern design of furniture and decor, comfortable bedding and cleanliness 100%. Never stayed in such perfect locations like this one. The view from the balcony is amazing and the beach is only 5-7 minutes walk.

Amazing!! The property was the perfect size, close to 30A and PCB. The property was very clean and very well decorated. I loved that the contact between myself and management was professional and they were very helpful when/if needed. Will be back!!!

Entire trip was unbelievable! Love the condo and the location… just need to improve the outside of the buildings and do a little better w upkeep of pools. But other than that it was worth every penny!

The unit was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a water view.

The decor and layout of the rental were great. You can tell someone put time and skill into decorating. The rental was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We did have an issue with the shower not draining properly. We used the app they provided to submit a work request and they responded very quickly. They kept in contact with us to confirm when a repairman would be by and the problem was fixed the same day. Over all the rental was a great place to stay. With a few minor upgrades it could bump from a 4 to a 5! :) (TV in bedroom is small and screen is going out, floor in bathroom has cracked tile and bathroom as a whole is a little outdated, and window covering in bedroom doesn't block out the light from the outside hallway.) Overall - we were pleased and would recommend it to friends! We love the Carillon Community and enjoyed our evenings walks!

Disappointed in lack of amenities, including no toilet paper. Arrived after hours, and after hours was useless, except to direct to closed stores. Also, remodel for a unit next door started at 8a, on a Saturday.

The room was very clean, very nicely decorated and was convenient to everything!!!! The resort is so nice and beaches are amazing!!!!
