We had a wonderful time in Grand County on our golf trip! This place is located across the street from Grand Elk Golf Club. The sunset views from the deck were beautiful! The layout was perfect for eating and game playing (the table sits 8 easily). It was well stocked and clean. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Great location, immaculate property and the owner was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the planning and our stay. The main room that also incorporates a large kitchen and then leads out to the deck with a beautiful view was top notch. Hope to do a summer stay and fly fish the Frasier River, which is only minutes away, as well as the Colorado River.

Simple check in and check out. Absolutely beautiful property. Too many pros to list: views, hot tub, cleanliness, multiple living spaces for families, location, convenience. Will absolutely stay here again!

We were beyond happy with our stay! We went to Granby to ski with 3 adults and 3 children (6-16 years). The host was very responsive prior to our stay, as well as during. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen came in handy for family dinners, all bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. We loved this home and will definitely stay here again.

2nd time here for Thanksgiving because the Grandkids enjoyed themselves so much the first time. Owner is very nice. Love building memories with the Family. House was clean, warm and cozy. We will return again.

* WONDERFUL & PERFECT! *
This property was absolutely perfect for us for a three day weekend (in Granby for a wedding). The unit was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable (outside deck, too!). The property manager was easy to communicate with - very prompt in responses and helpful. Cozy and welcoming place!

The property is clean and well kept. Hot tub was a wonderful add to the get away. Only issue is the kitchen needs more utensils (pizza cutter, knives, …), and bring your own coffee. Also no TV in the master bedroom. Other than that the place was great and owner was easy to get ahold of if any issues arise during the stay.

We really loved our stay here! We were so comfortable & everything felt like home. We were able to get away to the mountains for some hiking and come back and relax with a view. They had everything we needed at the house. We would definitely recommend!

Close to a lot of great hiking and other activities. Exactly what we were needing! We did have one rest day that was a little loud due to construction on the street but it didn’t start too early and didn’t continue too late. It was very comfortable and our host was very quick to respond if we had any questions.

Great property!
This was a great house in a great golf community. We were shocked how large it was and the place was perfectly clean when we got there. The owner was great at communication and we will be staying here again next summer for sure.

Wonderfully appointed home with comfortable beds, nice linens and pillows and great kitchen appliances and dish-ware. It was a perfect layout for 8 travelers. After a full day of skiing we enjoyed the hot tub and views and a movie with excellent surround sound. Highly recommended.
