This rental was great for our family of 4. Exactly as it was described and even better. It had everything we needed in all the rooms, bathrooms, and in kitchen for cooking all meals. The location was awesome, directly across from the beach access and a mile from the Seaside Amphitheater. The Pool was amazing. We had it heated and it was perfectly warm and enjoyable. We swam 2-3 times a day, relaxed on the comfy furniture of the screened patio, spent hours at the beach, and even enjoyed a fire at the fire pit one night. Lots of games for the family, great living room for relaxing, and indoor and outdoor dining tables. And a big perk was being able to bring our dog along with us (they even had dog bowls!). It was glorious. Excited to return next year.

This was our second stay here because it is such a great little oasis on 30A. Quintessential beach house in a great location, Sea Grove is so convenient to all things 30A, the beach access is super close across the street, we love hanging on the screened porch and private heated pool. Our small fur kids are also grateful for the time to vacation with us! The home is comfortable and well appointed. It was a nice place to relax, recharge and ring in the new year. We will be back!

Loved the convenience of a private pool and screened porch. It was great with our infant and preschooler to just step out of the house onto the porch and pool. The only negative is the beach access is several sets of stairs which is hard to pull the wagon loaded with beach gear. The beach gear delivered to the house was really helpful!

This is our second time staying at Latitude. I am always impressed how clean the home is each time we've checked in. The pool is perfect and you can't beat the access to the beach. Plus, there are puzzles, books, bikes, chairs and beach toys already there for your use. Plenty of things in the kitchen--we cooked for ourselves the whole time. Makes the 14 hour drive from IL worth it each time. I'm sure we'll be back.

This is the second time in 3 years we have been able to stay at Latitude Adjustment and we were so happy to stay in a beautiful familiar place. Our family of 4 plus a friend stayed for a week in August and it was such a wonderful time. The home just feels like 'home' should feel. The location is perfect with the beach a short walk away and the pool was such a hit with our whole family. It was our 2nd stay here and it won't be our last, we plan to return again next summer! Thank you for letting us stay at such a relaxing and wonderful home!

This house was really perfect for us. It is a short and easy walk to the beach. We loved having a private pool! We even got to bring the dogs along! The house was clean, check in was a breeze, and the property manager promptly responded when needed. We’ll be back, hopefully!

Great getaway, especially for two couples with private upstairs and downstairs bedroom suites. We enjoyed hosting other family members who were staying elsewhere at “our house” during the week for a few dinners, the open and spacious living/dining/kitchen layout worked really well, and we especially enjoyed hanging on the screened porch and the private pool! There was a gaggle of partying, sorority girls staying next door most of the week and construction noise from the house on the other side, but the waterfalls in the pool helped buffer the extra noise and the fenced yard and lush landscape gave us privacy. Perfect location if you can’t be right on the beach, super easy access across the street. We appreciated being able to bring our 4-legged children, too!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a 30A trip!

My husband and I have been WFH since the pandemic started with our two boys under 4 years old. And we were very much looking forward to a break from the midwest cold. It was everything we hoped for. We were outside in the heated pool everyday--even when the temperature was in the 40s. Very close to the beach and lots of privacy. With Covid, we were also glad that the house was immaculate. I felt comfortable having my 10 month old crawl on the floor. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were updated. I think we may come back in a few months.

Great location - quiet yet within walking distance of great restaurants, food trucks, shopping. Excellent beach access. Easy parking...great pool and screened in porch.

The house is close to everything. The beach is a five-minute walk and restaurants and shopping are close. Will be back again!

House was great and location made it even better. Super convenient to beach. Only issue was pool was dirty upon arrival, but that got corrected.

Enjoyed the property. Good location and proximity to the beach. We did find the garbage disposal not work. We cleaned it out and found 3 objects in it (baby bottle nipple, metal tab and measuring spoon). It’s also very rusted. The front door handle came off. Also several cabinet door handles were loose. One other note is that the first floor shower is leaking (solid panel not the door). Fire pit is rusted through the bottom which is a bit of a safety hazard. These things did not keep us from enjoying the property! Couches are very cozy. Would love to know where they were purchases. Will look to return again in the future LeAnne

Our family of 4 had a wonderful experience at this property. You can beat that location to the beach as well! I definitely recommend this house!

This property is in a great location directly across from the beach. The outside screened in porch and pool are what really makes this house great ! A couple of things that need to be noted in the property description though as we had a little one and this set up did not work perfectly for us: - the third “bunk room” is not a true room. It is a little book at the end of the hallway with a curtain used as the door. We wanted to set up a crib in there but could not as there was no room and a curtain isn’t sufficient for keeping noise out - the queen suite does not have a closet - the upstairs is VERY hard to cool as there is only one AC unit which is located downstairs - we signed up to bring dogs and we’re not charged a pet fee til later ... minor thing but would probably prefer to be charged up front - they did call us to notify us that the cable and internet had been cut in the street the day before we arrived which was on a Saturday. They told us it would be fixed by Monday. It was never fixed and while we were compensated, I think they could have done a little better with how that was handled Overall - great house, great location, my biggest complaint would be the description of the bunk room and the cooling of the upstairs - the outside of the house is absolutely beautiful

We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean and well cared for.

We had a total of 8 people and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was fantastic! No complaints.
