I cannot say enough great things about this home. In my opinion it was way better than pictured. Not one complaint about anything! Only compliments. Thanks for wonderful priceless memories made with my family.

Nice home in a great location.

Great rental. Comfortable, clean & updated. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach equipment was a huge plus. Pups enjoyed the yard. Very short distance to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

House has fully equipped kitchen. Lots of glasses, plates, ect. Extra blankets. Quiet location. Friendly neighborhood. All floors are tile, making cleaning easy. Loved the fenced in back yard. House is in excellent condition. Beach is a block and a half away. Sunsets on the Beach were gorgeous! We had a very enjoyable stay!

Very comfortable accommodation, with just about everything we needed. Our friends stayed in the master, and we stayed in the front bedroom. Only improvement (and reason for not being 5 stars) would be room darkening shades or curtains in the front guest bedroom. The sun comes right into that room in the morning. Otherwise, perfect for our friends and us and our fur-kiddos!

Well appointed house with lots of extras! Truly a very short walk to the beach. Super quiet location.wwvwoyld definitely stay again!

Our family (2 adults, 2 little kids) stayed for a long weekend in early May. The house is close to the beach (easy walk with a cart and chairs) and close enough to walk back if you forget something. No stairs from the house to the water which is nice. The house came with a cart, toys, cooler, chairs, beach towels, etc which was helpful. The house is basic but clean and has everything you need including games for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked. It was plenty big enough for a family of 4 and would be fine for up to 6-7 people I think. It's great that the house is one story and at grade so loading/unloading the car was super easy (carport is directly next to the door/kitchen). Also great is that we were able to bring our dog and let her out in the backyard (nice grass, fenced). If you haven't been to Mexico Beach, there isn't a grocery store in town but there is a market with staples and a liquor store and coffee shop. Mango Marley's is the only sitdown restaurant but there are several food trucks that are very good (Killer Seafood is the best we thought). We also really liked buying fresh fish and crab claws at the Shell Shack (they will steam the shrimp/crab for you). If you need more food options/grocery/cvs, etc you can drive 10 mins down the beach to Port St Joe. Overall, the house and Mexico Beach got 5 big stars from our family.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Mexico Beach. We stayed in The Sandy Beach home. It had everything you might need during your stay and was very clean and well taken care of. It was a nice short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Mexico Beach again.
