our entire family strayed at this house and it accommidated all of our needs. With plenty of room for everyone. We were not on top of each other. ONe of the best vacays we have had.

That's when we called Benchmark. We had stayed at a different Benchmark property the year before and decided to see if we could salvage our vacation or just call it quits and go home.

The staff at Benchmark was incredible. They listened to our disaster story regarding the house we were vacating. They understood the difficult situation we were in and they gave us 3 properties that fit our family size and needs.

We chose Emotional Rescue and it lived up to every bit of the claims it made and then some. My family enjoyed every inch of the property. It was clean, beds were great, bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. The view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking and the outdoor living in hands down top of the line. Our only regret is that we did not book with Benchmark from the beginning. We will use this company from now on.

Obviously we love the home, the layout is perfect for our family and the amenities/location is ideal!! However, for a very low amount of money, i felt the owners could update the bed linens, rugs, and pool patio furniture. I was disappointed to realize that most were the original from the 1st stay there! It’s always very clean which is why we choose it year after year but a few minor updates would be a huge Improvement! But i must say, it continues to be our Favorite memory making home! And hope to stay again next year!!
