3rd year here. Family just loves it. Easy access to everything. Oasis watersports we always use too! Definitely home away from home!!

Dock was awesome with double slides! Bedrooms comfortable and living areas spacious. No wake zone great for young children. We would stay again.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Location was perfect, house was perfect, dock exceeded all expectations.

Stay exceeded any expectations. Adults and kids couldn't get enough of the dualing slides. Hot Tub was a hit. We didn't want to say goodbye to our little slice of heaven.

Very nice and comfortable house. 14 adults and 3 children. 8 different families. Plenty of room. Wonderful outside space. Terrible weather but still managed to have fun. Dock was great. (community pool could have been cleaner)

We had to find a last minute vacation house due to our previous owner cancelling last minute on our prior reservation. We had a multiple age family. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the slides on the 2 story dock and playing games on the pool table. The owner and manager answered any questions. The only reason we wouldnt stay again was the stairs. There is LOTS of stairs.4 flights from top floor to bottom of house not including the 2 flights down to dock.

Tons of space/parking, clean, amazing dock, great location, ice maker for coolers, hot tub... what else could you ask for? We had an amazing weekend and highly recommend this property!

This is year 6 for our family get together, began with 2 of our children and 3 grandchildren, now 8 adults 6 kids, age 2 and a half up to 9. Second year in a row here and booked for next year as well. Relaxing great place.

We have been going to Lake Norris for years but this year we decided to have some friends join us. This house was a great location behind the jumping bride. The dock was perfect for hanging out while the kids when down the slides or jumped off the dock. We had kids from ages 5 months to 14 and they all had something to keep them entertained.

This house checked all of our boxes! The dock and slides were our favorite part! The ice maker was a blessing! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stayed memorial weekend with very large family group, ages 1-81. Place was perfect! The 5 story layout allowed the older adults to say on the top 2 floors and the loft and the younger teens/ twenties to stay downstairs. The dock was perfect and beds comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. Lots of bathrooms for a large crowd and our grandmother of the trip had a full view of the fun from the top deck without having to go down several flights of steps. The house also had a large flat top grill that helped so much with bacon and sausage for breakfast and fajitas for dinner… would recommend this place for just about any type of visitor

We had a great time on Norris Lake. The house was very nice and updated. We cooked most meals in and they had all we needed. Also, dominos and mama Lisa’s deliveries to the house!! Owners were great at communication and helped with everything to needed. Hot tub was so fun, we had 7 kids all under 9 years old. All had a blast!! Stairs were tough at times but we got our exercise in! Rented a boat, tube, and lily pad from Shanghai, great experience with them! Owner had wonderful recommendations!

Ok, the family was nervous because we did not know what to expect. All we knew was what we seen from the pictures. The drive to the house was a bit scary for the family because we arrived at night. Thankfully, I was the only one from from West Virginia and the one driving, so the hills and curves were not a problem for me and the Waze app was accurate, even navagating through the mountains. Everyone else was shaking in their buckeye boots, lol. When u pull up don't let the outside fool you! Dirt roads, gravel and a lot of woods is what you see. When I opened the front door, the smell of cleanliness ushered me through the doors. It was a welcoming refreshness. The house was spotless and in great condition. This place is definitely in our top three houses that we have used for vacation, and we are usually very picky. The view of the lake was great. The house was fully stocked with towels, soap, and toilet paper, which are things that we are used to purchasing upon our arrival. We never had to reach out to the property manager, which is a good thing! This area is perfect for a quiet get away. There are not many mid to upscale restaurants in the area. We had to drive to Clinton TN to dine at Harrison's restaurant for my Aunt's 70th birthday dinner. To be fair, I confused La Follette with La Fayette TN and I thought we would be closer to Nashville, Lol. Nashville was 3 hours away so we had to cancel the Country Line Dance lesson, double decker tour and BBQ reservations. The good news is that Piegon Forge was only 1.5 hours away so we had fun there and returned to the property later for more family time and rest. Only the master bedroom had a TV, but the 3 other TV's in the living room on each floor did have cable and streaming service. This was the only complaint from the family as some of them needed a tv to fall alseep. This was a great property! We will definitely use it for a get a away in the future. Again, we were blown away by the cleanliness and layout of the property. Thanks for having us!

The property was one of the best we have stayed in on Lake Norris. The updated kitchen was fantastic and the house was stocked with everything as identified by the owners. There were three separate living areas on each of the floors, providing plenty of space to spread out. The commercial ice maker on the bottom floor made it very convenient for filling coolers. The walk to the dock was as easy as we have experienced and even had access for a golf cart if available. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions. The stay was without issue. We love this part of the lake. Conveniently located yet towards the end of a quiet no wake cove.

As a family of 8 adults and 6 children (16months -7years), we believe we have finally found that house to yearly come and celebrate our family. It only took 5 years, haha. The house is as the pictures and description show. Each family had their own space. AC here finally was great! Double ovens were terrific for when we had dinner and were cooking kiddo meals in one and the adults in the other. The griddle and grill were great. FromThe kitchen small appliances to the serving/storing and eating dishes, everything was in great supply. Main floor 3- full size sofas was a great gathering spot late night, as well as dining table and bar area. Parking was great, not just inched out. The double decker dock was fantastic and all the grandkids and adults from 3 years to 62 loved the dual slides as well as jumping off. Afterwards the second floor porch has possibly the best seats in the house. Oasis Watersports as always was easy and reliable to deal with. We already have booked for next year and family is making plans for it. Kim came first day to make sure we were able to access the unit, she was all southern and hospitable. Brett and Sara made it all easy for us. Looking forward to 2022 already!

Loved at week at Beats Workin! College/teenage boys and a few adults all had a blast. Amazing location and beautiful finishes throughout home. Ice maker in basement was a great amenity-did not purchase ice all week!

My experience was amazing, the communication was excellent, the house had everything we needed plus more. This was definitely a great experience!

The beds were comfortable. The WiFi was slow but who needed WiFi during family time! The home is also close to several local restaurants, grocery stores (Walmart) and gas stations. It was quite and peaceful! My son also lost his Cellphone in the house on the first night and Sara made sure to ship it back to us !!!! I’ll most definitely be back for the next family getaway!

The place exceeded my expectations. There are a lot of stairs, but the climb is worth it. The dock with the double slides is where we spent a majority of our time. Would book again.

Had a great time at Beats Workin. 18 of us stayed here for a Bachelor Party. The house is very spacious and updated throughout. Ice machine on bottom level is a very nice touch. The house is located in an idle zone, which allows for worry free swimming, jumping, and sliding off the dock. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Truly just an awesome place to stay in, everything we needed was right there. In some places we've stayed we'd say, gosh if it only had xxxx, but not here. Lots of things to do and we felt very safe with our large group of 20. Everyone had a cozy place to sleep and be entertained. We're excited to plan our next trip back!

We had an amazing vacation! The house was incredible, had every supply you could need, well stocked. We had 20 people, 10 adults & 10 kids, and the house did not disappoint, plenty of room for all. But maybe more impressive than the house is the dock, we never saw a dock that was better all week. The Double Slides off the 2nd story proved to be exciting for kids and adults alike! The walk to the dock was way better than average for Norris Lake, and considering how much time we spent swimming with the kids at the dock, being in a no-wake zone was just awesome! Two additional items we loved, were the ice machine and griddle, both were used constantly!. When you consider the house, the dock, the walk to the dock, and your in a no-wake zone, look no further, you simply won't find a better option anywhere on Norris Lake!

Beautiful home and an amazing dock. We really took advantage of the outdoor area for fishing and fires. Boat traffic was a little more than desired and they didn’t follow the no wake posting. Had some trouble contacting the house manager but the owners were great About answering us. The owners were very responsive to any questions before and during our trip. Overall it was a wonderful trip. The house was very clean and cozy feeling. They had everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Just got home from an awesome vacation with family. The ages ranged from 14 months to 74 years old. There was something for everyone. The dock was a big hit for all ages.

Absolutely gorgeous house! It was a wonderful wknd. Owner has gone over and above welcoming guests! Fully stocked kitchen. Blankets. Towels. With an amazing dock and firepit! Cleaning ladies are awesome:) Thank you Sara!!!!
