The cats are great! The house and the patios are beautiful, well equipped and the hospitality of the host is exceptional.

Single bed upstairs in family room, can be more comfortable. It was a bit uncomfortable and made some noice when moving on the bed

We went for a competition in Moelv and could really relax and get new energy when we came to the house in the evenings. Lovely house, friendly cats and a nice owner. Highly recommended!

The host was very nice and had two cute cats. The house itself is very beautiful and homey. The beds were extremely comfortable. Check in was very straightforward and easy

Super nice host. Room was very clean. Very nice deck at the back of the house. House is located in a very quiet residential area.

1. The owner placed camera (in one of the upper corners) in the kitchen/ living room, and was watching/ recording her guests WITHOUT OUR PERMITION. IT IS ILLEGAL, AND EVERYBODY KNOWS IT. MAY BE WERE CAMERAS AND IN OTHER ROOMS. 2. The owner tried to blackmail us to pay more money to her for accommodation. 3. On the pictures she shows, that we can use bedrooms, kitchen, dining room (everythings on 1 floor). But when we came, she was complaining why we use "so long the dining room" (probably she was expecting, that we'll get our dinner for 5 minutes and will go to bedroom?), and that "we took whole the floor" ;) , as she said. 4. Two cats in the house - not everybody likes fur everywhere. Especially, when we come with 2 very small kids.

Very nice and clean guest house, friendly owner, pleasant location. We used family’s kitchen and the terrace.

Super-friendly hostess that makes everything easy and convenient for the guests. Loved the location: just a few minutes from the city center of Lillehammer. I personally fell in love with the interior/furniture inside The Gingerbread House.
