To overpriced to stay in a small room not on the water,And getting woke up at 3am from noisy tenants

Location, It was clean room, Easy to park , I felt safe and I could see car by walking out room. The other guest were a better class of people than other places I have stayed.

When I called to notify staff about light being out on stairs leading to 3rd floor the person I talked to worked off property and had know ideal what I was talking about . She said they would take care of it but never did. When she asked my room number I tried to explain that it was not stairs leading to my room . I'm thinking she sent someone to our room instead of stairs . Even thou my and my wife walked slow down stairs we both tripped on last step of the stairs leading from the 3rd down to 2nd floor because we could not see the small bottom step. There was also no hairdryer but they sent one right away. I also wish they sold ice on property I had to walk across busy street to buy ice.

I liked the location of the property and that was about it. The room had a nice shower and bathroom mirror as well. We did like the closet mirror as well.

There were many things wrong with this room. For starters the TV never connected to anything. so we were not able to watch any TV what so ever. Especially since it was raining a lot during the duration of the stay. Then upon arrival we were told that the parking pass would be out on a table waiting for us. But to our surprise we had to call the customer service desk to get a hint of where to look for it and it was stuck under the silverware holder in the cabinet. And to top off everything. I found several bugs in the bed. and on the top comforter. I did kill them but they looked very similar to bed bugs. So i have taken my precaution to wash everything i brought with me, But i didn't want to do any further investigating. So I'm sure that could turn into a big problem for you. Just very dissatisfied with the stay.

I like that it was clean and the location

We had no wash rags. When booking it said there was wifi. There was no wifi the TV did not work. When had to search for shampoo. The room was way smaller then portrayed. The elevator was creepy and dirty. The room had bubbling in the ceiling right above the bed. There was trash in the closet.
