We love this property so much. This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed here and it’s really our favorite get away. Didn’t seem like things were as clean as they were in the past ( counters and dishes and such) but the towels are always clean and the beds are always made up very nicely. There is even a pool guy that shows up and cleans the pool. We will definitely be back again next year!

We came to the area to visit my mom. When we pulled up to the property we immediately noticed how beautiful the house and yard looked. Then when we walked inside my husband and I agreed that it was even lovelier than the photos. It was by far the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. It had all of the comforts of home and then some. The house was absolutely immaculate and we had everything we needed to really feel like we were on vacation, even in the peak of Florida heat. The pool area was so wonderful...after a day of being out and about visiting family and sightseeing, what a pleasant experience, to be able to go out there and take a dip and enjoy being outside, even with soaring summer temperatures. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the area. This is definitely our first choice for any time we visit Florida. Thank you so much for everything. Daniel!

We had a wonderful stay, Daniel is a great host and the house was immaculate and very well equipped. It’s a very quiet area and the pool is wonderfully private. Our favorite Winter getaway place!

It’s a perfect house with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the outdoor area with the heated pool. There was a small problem with the internet network. But as soon as we notified Daniel, he did what was necessary to resolve the problem quickly. We will surely return with great pleasure. Thank you Daniel!

Perfect stay!

Very hard to find at night. Cars fly by home. WiFi issues, pool is nice, hot tub is a warming pool. Tons of ants in kitchen.

Had a wonderful, quiet time in Palm Bay! Comfortable and spacious accommodations including safety items for the shower for my elderly mother. Daniel responded promptly to communications and made his home available earlier than the scheduled check in time. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. While not close to a lot of things it was still easy to get to the beach and other things.

Mom and I couldn’t have rented a better place. The place was so spacious. The back yard and pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Could not have asked for a better place. We will for sure be back!

We loved staying at Daniel's home. You can tell he takes very good care of the home and he cares about his guests. We could have lived in just the backyard (so awesome!), but the home itself is comfortable and relaxing. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and was able to cook several meals without issue. It was our mistake to not notice that the master bedroom has a queen bed instead of a king, but that's on us. Hubby is a tall muscular guy, so it was a bit cramped... but we made it work. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe... we felt very at ease there. Our only problem was issues with the internet. This was a business & personal trip and both my husband and I had to work several of the days we were there. One day the internet just wouldn't connect no matter what we did... but the next day it was fine. But I think that's just internet providers in general!! Technology is great... when it works. :) In a nutshell, we would totally stay there again! Daniel was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. This was a great place to stay with my immediate family; it had a great feel, clean, well equipped and easy to settle in. With the pool and outdoor seating and catering area it lends itself to a comfortable self contained stay. Shops and other facilities are a little drive away but easy enough to get to. The host information was easy to follow and made us feel welcome. Thank you.

We have to say this was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had. It felt like we were staying at our friends home. Everything you could want or need was there in the home. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. It was just what we needed. Thank you Dan for sharing your home with us!

Excellent stay, wonderful owner.

It was a wonderful stay and the house was also absolutely exactly as we expected. My husband was really upset with the Amazon Firestick for the TV because we had to go to a bar or the VFW to watch the playoff football games. The weather didn't really cooperate with us but that certainly is not Daniel's fault. When we had a question, Daniel was right there with a response. We would definitely go back to Daniel's home but probably a little later in the year when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks Daniel!!

My husband and I had the good fortune of renting Daniel's property during Christmas, to visit relatives in Florida! The home was beautiful, clean and neat. Everything was as described, and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Every morning in the heated pool with my coffee was glorious! I highly recommend.

This was the first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous but I was in contact with Daniel and he was very helpful. It was a great way for us to get a feel of where we want to eventually relocate to. The home was exactly as described.

I stayed here with my mom who is almost 80 and has some physical limitations. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood; it was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We wound up not staying for the entire duration I had booked because mom wanted to come home and sleep in her own bed - how can I say no to mom? I would definitely recommend this property. Daniel, the host, was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had and did his best to make sure we were comfortable.

The home was clean, comfortable and had a few small things that made it a great stay. Pool was great too.

Wonderful vacation for me and my daughter. The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the seating was exceptional! In so many places, the couches and chairs seem to be an afterthought, but not here! And the pool area! We pretty much spent all day outside! The owner was very friendly and helpful with church and restaurant suggestions. Will definitely consider this place for future mother/daughter retreats! Thank you Daniel, for opening your home!

This is a nice house on a quiet street. The pool area is amazing, and we enjoyed it regularly. The bathroom and fridge were not the cleanest when we arrived, but everything else was great. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is a nice place to stay and very comfortable too. We noticed right away how quiet it is and that it seemed like we were in our own little paradise. The pool area is very private with nice landscaping and we spent a lot of time lounging there. As a bonus, I finished three books off my reading list.

After a small situation with the pool upon check In, the owner figured out a solution and got it cleaned quickly. The property was amazing. Very clean and enjoyable for my wife and I for a business mixed with pleasure trip to this area. I would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again.
