the balcony was beautiful

we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Everything we need was in walking distance.

wish the pool was heated.

This condo was AMAZING!! The view was a breath of fresh air, and the location was perfect. Beautifully decorated with granite countertops and vibrant wall coloring. Access to shopping centers and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Pier Park is within 20 minutes of condo. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds in 604 are VERY comfortable, so much so, we even checked out the brand before we left! We loved the blue color, nice TVs, super clean bathrooms and nice, soft towels. We also loved the view and seating on the roomy patio. Super easy check in and out. process.

We did think the floors inside and out, could have used a little extra attention in the sweeping and vacuuming department, kitchen cabinets need organized, and one tub was missing a stopper.

This property is in a prime location if you’re looking to be right in the center of PCB. Also, the walk out to the beach is right there next to the pool, so you don’t have far to go! The balconies are nice and spacious and the sauna room is quite cool.

The property wasn’t clean, at least our condo wasn’t. The headboard was broke in one room, there was sand everywhere from the previous guests, the floors made our feet black, they forgot a wrist band for one of us and they threaten to charge for it but no one ever checks for the wristband so I don’t understand their purpose? The ice machine on the fridge was broke and there were no instructions when it came to the beach chairs in front of the condo, which are $40 a day. Overall it was an OK condo, but it definitely needed a deep clean before someone else came in. They also expect you to do a ton before you checkout, and while I understand and would be happy to do so, it would have been better if the place was in a nicer condition when we arrived as it didn’t look like anyone really cleaned much, but yet we were asked to do quite a bit.
