広島空港から近い。
大浴場がある。
ホテルまでの道がわかりにくい。夜は真っ暗。夜9時でホテルのレストランが閉まる、付近には何もない。
私が利用した部屋はヒーターがすぐ止まり、寒かった。
部屋を変えてもらえば良かった。
他にも不満な事はあるけど今後、利用しないのでどうでもいい！

スタッフのサービスは良い
室内の風呂場が掃除不足で、髪の毛などが落ちていて気持ちが良くなかったです。

シャンプーバーがあったのが嬉しいです。
フロントで出迎えてくれるうさぎに癒されました。

breakfast was banging. very nice noodles, very nice fish and the fried oysters were also really nice. very good value breakfast for how nice it was. Spa was also very clean and very relaxing. wonderful stay. staff were all very friendly also.
there was nothing specifically that i didnt like. only thing is the location iself is a little bit of a distance from the airport which is fine if you can read things to find the right bus or are happy booking a taxi.

The hotel is a short drive from Hiroshima Airport, where we had a late arrival and appreciated being able to arrive quickly. The guest room was quite large and comfortable, as was the bed. Overall, this is a late-Showa era hotel that needs some maintenance to the rooms, but was reasonable value for the price.
The bathroom, however, was typical Japanese "unit bath", but everything worked. Most of the controls attached to the bed did not work, but the light switches did.

This is a Airport-hotel, which means that the location is ideal for people needing a place to stay for an early flight. Yet there was good beds, good bathroom, a great spa/onsen and easy access to staff.
The wifi was poor. If you are not using the hotel because of upcoming flights then the location is sadly a bit too remote as the bus will take about 1 hour and cost accordingly. But it feels like this hotel is indended as an alternative to the even closer hiroshima airport hotel which it is good at so the hotel is not bad at all.

The onsen was very nice and open late and we had a very nice breakfast. The service was very friendly but they did not speak English. That was okay!

The onsen was very nice. Onsen open till 1am and starts at 5am. Has a sauna, a jet bath, an outside bath and a cold bath. Very spacious onsen. The onsen on the woman's side has a passcode lock for access after 9pm and early access. They also have different shampoo sample you can try which I found very thoughtful.
Restaurant offers varied food and are fair priced. We tried the unagi don set which was delicious.
The hotel has free parking and has a 7/11 by 5min drive.
Even thought the hotel is very close to the airport, it is well soundproofed. We had a good night of sleep.
Very fair price for a king sized room, the facilities and date wise!
Nothing major but the hotel's night grown/wear are super old fashioned and ugly. However you can rent cute yukata for 300¥.

Didn't expect the hotel to also have a hot spring available for free to guests so it was an unexpectedly nice end to a holiday that I could spend the last couple of days dipping in hot springs.
Breakfast spread could have been better for the price charged (JPY1000/head).
