Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Super Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Toll ist die 24Std besetzte Rezeption.

Modern feel to hotel, nice checkin staff, helpful bartender that showed me where to park overnight.

Had told them I needed a vegan breakfast when made booking 6 weeks ago. Also told checkin person I would need vegan breakfast. Asked for some non dairy milk in my room for tea and coffee - nope. Not any for me. Well, no vegan breakfast day 1. Only apple strudel and coffee. Was assured tomorrow morning would be different, the chef had not been told a vegan breakfast had been ordered. Asked to have room cleaned when gone working for the day. Not done when I returned, had to get clean towels myself. Then cleaners just walked into my room after a brief knock to clean it, around 6:00. I was taken aback by that. I said no, I was in for the night - but he kept walking into my room. I'm a single female travelling, so this is not acceptable. Bed is quite hard - and only a tiny thin single duvet and one pillow. So I was cold all night. Day 2 morning - still no vegan breakfast. Same "chef" as Day 1. She came out with - a bowl of falafel and a white bread roll. I said this is not breakfast food. She just shrugged. I did eventually get a refund for the breakfast part of my booking. But would have appreciated food and had to go to work on an empty stomach two days in a row.

Sie war sehr modern Ausgestattet. Trotz Bahnhofsnähe sehr ruhig. Sehr großes Angebot beim Frühstück.

Es das Bad war leicht verschmutzt. Der Preis der Tiefgarage war mit 15€ für einen Tag sehr hoch da es am Hotel direkt keine Parkmöglichkeit gab.

Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, bequemes Bett, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gute Lage wenige Schritte zur Innenstadt

Very good hotel location. It right beside the train station, but is not effected by noise. It a short walk to the city center.

We were here in winter. The temperature in the rooms was far too high. Not only that, but the blankets on the beds were so warm, that in combination with the room heat, it was problematic for us.

Habitació molt completa, amb televisor gran amb canals internacionals, llit còmode i bany ben equipat. L'esmorzar, excel·lent amb opcions de tota mena, des de tradicionals (cereals, iogurt, brioixeria, ous remenats, etc.) fins a gastronomia local (salsitxes, amanides d'areng o salmó, etc. Té aire condicionat, cosa que no tenen molts hotels de la zona i va ser molt important en plena onada de calor. El personal, especialment el de cafeteria, encantador. Bona situació just a uns metres de l'estació de tren i a 5 minuts caminant del centre de Ravensburg.

Tot molt bé en general, potser el preu és una mica elevat per una ciutat com Ravensburg.

Parking lot not available. I booked this hotel because it listed a parking lot. The staff then told me that there was no parking at their hotel. Luckily, I could park at train station.

Breakfast for €25 is not worth it. (Go next door, it's cheaper and better) The lounge/bar is ok but the music is awful. Rooms are a bit small and the air con too weak (set at 22°) Shower is weak too. Parking costs €15 a day. Altogether this hotel is not quite a 4 star standard. 3 stars and I wouldn't complain!

Everything was brand new and very nice, heated floor in the bathroom, good breakfast and big parking spots, perfect for my bike rack.

the door locks with pin are not my favourite. I would prefer a card or a chip anytime.
