OMG, fell in love with this Villa at first sight and let me tell you online pictures does not do this place justice it is so Beautiful in person, exceeded my expectations. It is very large and spacious, very clean, and the patio was so relaxing with impeccable views. Everything from Check in, Villa, Beach and Restaurants were Amazing. Shout out to Johana she made my Birthday Weekend 1 to remember she handled everything from Groceries, Restaurant Reservations to Spa services....it was so stress free, the Chef services was great our first night in. I must say I would definitely return and recommend others! Thanks Humberto for your timely responses and sharing your lovely Villa with us!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. The decor and art work were gorgeous! We loved the balcony for breakfast and relaxing. The property of the resort was immaculate well equipped gym and spa. I would definitely go again if I return to Cabo!

This was our first trip to Cabo and this property was perfect. Our kids are all over 18 but this property would have been wonderful when they were younger. The space is great for families or friends traveling together. The lanai is amazing and it’s where we spent all our time when in the condo. The kitchen was stocked with an extensive array of utensils, serving dishes etc you would need and there’s a small grocery store on sight. The staff at the property is kind, gracious and helpful.

The property is well located. The Beach was a real dissapointment though!

This property is absolutely beautiful and has some of the best views in Cabo! The resort is very well kept and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. This property is very well managed and the team is super responsive! They helped us coordinate rides from the airport, delivered groceries to the unit for us and even helped us get a private chef to make dinner for us on our first night there! Overall a beautiful place to stay with the best host!

This has been one of our all time favorite vacations. Our first time to Cabo and we will be back. The condo and property exceeded our expectations. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful and the furnishings are comfortable and stylish. Bring extra cash to tip!

The concierge was great, the property was very roomy, beautiful and fantastic. Kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchenware, condiments, and even lots of liquor. The master bed was super comfortable and overall, we loved our stay. A taxi was pretty much required for our lazy selves to get Downtown, particularly as it was super hot and humid and we didn't want to be sweating by the time we got to dinner. $9-11 USD each way got to be a bit annoying but the bellmen were fantastic and super helpful. The beach was rough, due to a recent storm, but manageable for our teen kids. There's no beach towels in the room and we weren't sure if we should bring white room towels to offsite activities or not, however, there's plenty of towels by the pool you can use if staying in/near the resort. There's no beach chairs or other beach toys/boards, etc. which isn't a big problem if you know in advance. Overall, it was great and I'd recommend it.

We had an amazing time at this property! From the time we arrived, we received the best hospitality in all our years of travel. The service was amazing, the condo itself was impeccable. The condo is decorated with high end furnishings which I really appreciate. We spent most of our time visiting the nearby downtown area (5 min taxi ride), and exploring Cabo but the condo had everything needed to make a full service meal. The concierge made our stay so easy and we couldn’t be more grateful to them for answering our questions and helping us with getting groceries delivered, taxi rides, and spa appointments. The property is beautiful, clean, and the food is amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

This is our second stay in this villa. It’s beautiful and clean and perfect for families. My parents had one side and my husband and son and I had the other. It’s plenty of room and never felt crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the patio grill is nice for cooking meals for yourself. The concierge is very helpful with quick replies and the cleaning lady comes every other day and does a wonderful job keeping things sparkling clean. The resort itself if right on Medano beach and you can walk down the beach to restaurants. The pool is lovely and the staff of the hotel were all amazing and so friendly. We highly recommended this villa.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous deck, with excellent host support. The condo and overall property exceeded our expectations for a group birthday weekend. The host made us guac and salsa on arrival, had our groceries ready, and made a catamaran booking for us. Everything was perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed at this Villa. In 2020 we were forced to cancel due to Covid. Camille refunded our fees even though she did not need to do so. We made good on our promise of returning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, the views amazing, and the villa is beautifully decorated. A nice 15 minute walk into town and close to Walmart and Costco for all your shopping needs.

This was an amazing villa and my top resorts I like to stay at in Cabo. Loved that right after check in we got fresh made margaritas and guacamole. Would definitely stay in this villa again!

The property is extremely clean, the staff is amazing, short walk to the beach. Swimming conditions were red the whole trip but that didn't stop the fun. There is a pool, and easy access to two sister properties for restaurants. Couldn't get enough of the guac and salsa and margaritas!!! Will be back for sure.

Perfect stay! The unit was beautifully decorated with plenty of room to relax with all the amenities for 4 adults. We could of comfortably fit more. The pictures really do not do it justice. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tubs, and access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas for use. A quick taxi ride or Uber to downtown was easy to get with very little wait. I can't wait to stay again!

We had a lovely visit....unit a bit cluttered with owners supplies and bedding. Great welcome with homemade margaritas and guacamole. Had issue with filtered water system but manager was out the next day.

This property is everything it is advertised and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for my family of 5 adults. So nice having the third bathroom and shower. The service snd staff were incredible. Everyone so friendly and accommodating. This is an upscale resort in a great location with all the amenities. Love that it was a little more on the reserved side, but just a walk down the beach to all the hip and fun restaurants and bars. The security was great, and a taxi was available within minutes to go where you wanted to go. I will stay here again!

Very well appointed condo in a great location. Very comfortable beds and quality bedding!! Very very clean and friendly butler service greeted us with margaritas, chips, salsa and guacamole; a very nice surprise! Will be back!!

The property and condo were immaculate and the staff and property managers were extremely helpful and friendly! The restaurant on the property was phenomenal!!! The local shop and cafe close by was exteemely convienenent and perfect for last minute items you couldn’t travel with, like water bottles, snacks, etc. We will definitely be back!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit is exceptionally well furnished- nicer than perhaps all of the larger and more expensive units I’ve stayed in at Estancia. Only minor complaint I have is that the TVs are a bit dated and channel selection poor. Normally I wouldn’t care but with Covid we spent more time at home than normal. Still 5/5 regardless.
