The property needs a renovation. Furniture and doors are old, deteriorated and torn. The phone didn’t work and the fan made a lot of noise.

The room was cleaned regularly and the staff was friendly. The location is great. Its in the center so everything is near. The bed was comfortable and I didn't have trouble sleeping.

Location is perfect. For the price it is a great value. I love the big open spaces with plenty of seating areas just outside the room. I will stay here next time we come to Aguascalientes.

I was there only for few hours before my late flight so I did not have a chance to experience any issues with this hotel.

The price of the hotel was really good.

Overall the room looked very old, the closet doors were damaged, couldn’t open them. The room paint was coming off and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was amazing, right on the main square. They give you a fan which makes enough white noise to cover the sounds of the hotel. The facilities and Wi-Fi were pretty good. It's not a luxury place, but it's very good for how cheap it is.

There was no place to cook one's own food or make tea that I could see.

Very poor costumer service, didn't meet the expectations at all. The room was uncomfortable, no AC and lots of noise from the outside surroundings.

The place is right by the old historical Downtown.

The hotel is in the center, great location. The rooms and the hotel are very clean .

The staff was very nice. They did allow me to leave my luggage in their closet after checking out time. The location is the strongest ability of the hotel. Its right across the main church and in the center of the city’s downtown. and 24 service.

This property accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro- that is not true. I couldn’t pay with my credit card so I lost points and had go to the ATM and withdraw. On the booking site- it said- no internet, but when I arrived to the hotel- they had two networks of Internet Booked the hotel through booking The wifi was spotty throughout my stay, from my room it rarely worked. The acoustic is easier to hear..if a child is crying… you hear the crying to your room.

The location is great, it just in the heart of the city, walking to all important sites.

NOISE! A lot of noise at night, the room was next to the exit of an underground street and there was a lot, A LOT of noise.

The staff were very nice and although the property is a little old, it is charming and in a great location.
