El sauna, la vista del desayunador es espectacular . Pero sobretodo nos encantó la atención del personal de recepción fueron todos amables y estuvieron siempre para ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes.

Hotel an sich war sauber und ok.

Gleich am Ankunft, Gast würde gar nicht herzlichen willkommen, ich musste soger warten bis sich Personal ausdiskutiert hat wegen irgendwas unwichtiges. An Rezeption falsche Auskunft über breakfast Zeiten bekommen, Die zwei blonde Damen mit Brillen sehr sehr unfreundlich, und gar nicht hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war gut,allerdings war es schwierig einen Platz zu finden,da das Hotel wohl gut ausgebucht war.Der Service hatte Last das Buffet immer wieder aufzufüllen!

Lage des Hotels optimal. Frühstück sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen. Hoteleigener Parkplatz für unseren 9-Sitzerbus stand zur Verfügung.

Wir wollten auch das Restaurant besuchen.Stand leider an beiden Tagen wegen geschlossener Gesellschaften nicht zur Verfügung. Kann passieren, hätte vielleicht beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen werden können.

Great location, right on the Altmuhl Radweg (we came on bikes). Very good bike storage in a secure room. Rooms are very modern...nice bathroom, although, the shower did splash out a bit into the room and the sink was a bit splashy as well but very nicely equipped. Comfortable bar to hang out in (free potato chips with drinks - always nice). Excellent dinner with two wonderful young servers, Bastian and Isabella. Breakfast was very extensive...plenty to choose from. We told them we were biking and Bastian told his boss who made us sandwiches and an apple for the road. Very kind!

The hotel restaurant was fully reserved for a private event the night we were there. Wish we had known before arriving because all restaurants were fully booked and couldn't get a reservation. had to order take away.

Built in 2020 the IBB is modern with beautiful rooms and common space. The bathrooms have heated floors which is a nice ammenity in the winter. My room was booked on a "Black Friday" special so the rate was excellent value but wouldn't represent normal pricing.

Not much too not like at the IBB. Only niggle was the restaurant is very pricey and under staffed for the dinner I had there. Breakfast was very nice, but again pricey. Of course with the location you can easily leave the hotel for other dinner options.

The property is modern in design. The toiletries in the room are good. The hotel is located near to the center of town.

The pillows aren’t very good and the coffee facilities in the room is via a kettle and sachets. Sadly no machine for decent coffee. My two main issues with the hotel were the staff and then the cost of parking. For breakfast I bring my own plates and ingredients and just use things like milk from the buffet. When getting the milk one of the waitresses came up to me and accused me of making a take away or effectively stealing. She was very impolite and didn’t apologize when I explained what I was doing. During the two breakfast visits, service was non existent and any interactions with staff was negative. So it is modern hotel but sadly not modern service. When I arrived the parking looked like it is free. I wasn’t advised of any parking charges when I checked in and there are no signs explaining parking costs in the garage. There is a small sign which you have to go close to to be able to read it. Prices aren’t stated. €18 a night is very excessive and I would suggest free parking locations near to the hotel.

The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on. Something for everyone. Happy to see gluten free choices labelled. Super friendly welcome to the hotel on our arrival. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

such a fabulous hotel , super friendly staff , the bed was one of the most comfortables beds Iv slept in at a hotel . down to the hand soap’s everything is top quality! Food is just amazing with top quality. I really cannot say enough about this hotel ….. it’s the reason we came back to Eichstätt again .
