Nothing except the sea view from the room and balcony and behavior of some staffs who tried to provide us some comfort in the middle of everything no no attitude.

Very very poorly maintained property.... dirty everything from room balcony to staircase, poolside... pool water was full of algae, dead frogs floating here and there ... after 3 days they did some cleaning in the pool, basically eyewash - as all of us got bad skin infections afer using the swimming pool.... private beach was terribly unclean, impossible to relax at or swim in the sea....But which was most painful and unfortunate - hotel's management staff was refusing all facilities which were supposed to be given to us as par booking conditions ..... they even did not provide us with beach or deck chairs by the swimming pool, pool towels etc. No cleaning service at all, I sustained a back injury after falling on wet floor. Breakfast arrangements were dreadful - how frustrating could it be if you find a so called 5 star property is not having merely butter, jam , juice etc for breakfast which was already included in our booking prices .... few kitchen and house keeping staffs ( Mrs. Saryna was really helpful) made it possible by their own initiatives so that we get at least sufficient amounts of breakfast with no choice of menu. Location wise also it's too far from everything..... no eateries, no mart or shop... nearest beach is not walking distance neither you will get any transport except for hotel's exorbitantly priced one. After the dark the property becomes like a haunted house.... literally you wiil find it scary to be by the poolside or even at your balcony.
