We did not know that the hostess stays on the 2nd floor at night and leaves the home in the morning due to the licensing requirements for that neighborhood. However, we had unlimited use of the entire 1st floor including 2 bedrooms and one extra room for our luggage, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. She wrote hand a written map around her neighborhood showing where the restaurants are etc. She was so kind and helpful when my daughter got a fever, and she even went to buy medicine and cooling pads for her. There was a room for our big suitcases to keep open and also place to hang our laundry to dry. I enjoyed talking to her a lot.

We kept the window open so there was road noise at night from the nearby main road.

Warm landlord

I loved everything about this place, and I just hope that one day I can visit again and stay longer! The property was beautiful, very well equipped, and only about a minute's walk from the nearest bus stop, and the host went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I'm really happy I chose to stay here, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Oyasan is yashashi... Very kind and friendly. The room is so clean. Good facilities. In the morning I can work and enjoy the sunshine from the verandah, tanoshiiikatta... Mama Oyasan gave me chance to try kimono and took pictures for me, also she gave me flower brooch, kawaiii... It's recommended place to stay in Gifu. 楽し。。。ありがとうございます😊😊😊

The hosts met me at the bus stop. It was very personal and kind of them. They had even run a hot bath which was waiting for me when I arrived. Lovely!

This is the best little guest house run by the most polite and kind couple. They will do everything to make your stay perfect!! They went out of their way to show me around the area and make sure I was comfortable. Please do yourself a favor and stay here if you're in the Gifu area! !

The host couple was extremely warm and inviting. They mostly speak Japanese, but their actions were more than enough to convey their kind intentions.
