Our host Sylvia, went out of her way to ensure we had all the basic needs, milk bread butter cheese etc and provided a bottle of wine as well. Brillant as we got delayed to roadworks on the way to the accomodation. Sylvia ensured the accomodation was warm for our arrival and even had the fire lit. She updated us to where we good obtain a meal, groceries and the local bars a short dander away, that where pet friendly. Sylvia deserves a medal. This is what we call special hospitality. Plus the house was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Thank you Sylvia, yours Betty Tilly and Charles

Beautiful house, lovely furniture, very clean... I would highly recommend it. Even left a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge for us ! We felt at home...we would definitely stay there again....better than a hotel....thank you to the owner

the rest is in perfect order..
just the doors of the rooms...it seems it is not secure/not properly locked.
and the door of the bathroom outside first floor doesn't lock.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Duffy's Cottage. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. The beds were superb! Our host was lovely and she made sure that we felt comfortable in the cottage. Even though the location is quiet, you can easily get to many beautiful places around Co. Sligo. There is a local shop in the village which has all the basics that you might need. There are also two take-aways which come very handy for pizza loving kids! We had a great week n Duffy's cottage and hopefully we'll be back there one day.
