Location is easy to access by car and still one climb away from the city center
Internet did not work and although reported from the beginning of our stay, wasn't fixed before we left a week later. This was an inconvenience for us.

Le logement est équipé d’un lave vaisselle mais il n’y a pas de produit pour le faire fonctionner ne serait-ce qu’une fois. C’est dommage.

Comfortable and clean. Good location to explore the city.
Not enough towels. Shower had poor drainage. Entry instructions not clear and location of parking not obvious. Called the telephone number provided and the person said it was nothing to do with them.

Great size, very clean, excellent location for the main part of the city where the bars and restaurants are. Just a 10 minute walk up some steps to reach the town hall and square.

access to the property very difficult, phoned for help and owners not helpful at all, communication poor. felt like a basement as back ground floor flat of a multi storey surrounded by similar.

The flat is very cosy, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is handy for our route. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a private parking place next to the building, which is very useful. I recommend it.

The apartment was incredibly well supplied and appointed, having every convenience. The flat was immaculately clean. The location was very good (right across from the train station). I would definitely stay again.
My only regret is that we only had one night in Poitiers. We were passing through on a business trip to Spain.

Good access to city centre, access to apartment (ground floor), apartment has all home appliances. Really good value for money.
Parking space could be larger and will be ok if personnel would speak a basic English.

A ten minute uphill walk to the town centre. Keys to the parking bay were where the instructions stated
