Good apartment

Very good location, 200 meters of COMO lake. We have car parking, always availabe and free!!!

Good location close to the village centre, the train station and the lake. Parking available on site. The owner was very friendly and helpful with information. The apartment is old, but spacious and clean. The kitchen has most of what you might need. There was also coffee, milk and other food bits.

My fault as I didn't pay attention when booking, but there is no Internet at the apartment. The proximity to the main road and train tracks can make it noisy. Some kitchen basics that would be helpful are missing (wine opener, wine glasses, kettle). The bed is very hard.

Nice stay on lake Como. Not a touristy area but easy to get around. A train stop away from Varenna to get to the heart of lake Como. A short walk to the lake itself with many locals

The location is perfect. Close to the lake, close to the train station. The owner is very helpful. We could leave our luggage as long as we wanted. The only problem is lack of air conditioning if you arrive in the hottest season in the history. It should not be any problem when there is less than 30 degrees. I recommend the place.

Really great apartments with a large terrace and mountains and a partial lake view. Super easy access by train to Varenna and Colico and by direct boat to Onno (nice beach and end of hiking routes) and touristic Bellagio. Right next to the huge supermarket and train station. The kitchen is very well equipped, there were even some spices and olive oil, water and small snacks. And a good idea would be to update the pictures, as the property is really underestimated

I'd only add some written instructions in the room regarding how to open/close the main entrance and the door to the apartments.

If you are visiting MdL and staying it is likely that you are a Guzzista (?). There is no better place in town to stay than Guzzi Inn. It is 150m from the railway station,€4 from Bergamo. Moto Guzzi hire is at Agostini Guzzi that is literally across the road. MdL is a charming place with a decent Lido and some nice places to eat along the lake front and old town. Riccardo made us very welcome on arrival and also arranged for us to see his father’s Guzzi collection (thanks). The unit we had was on the top floor and was all self contained with a kitchen with fridge etc.. a truly brilliant place to stay at an unfeasibly reasonable rate. I cannot recommend highly enough. Idealy located beetween the center town and the lake, its clean, quite despite the main road and the rail station. The shared terrace is huge with view on both mountains and lake. You will enjoyed the aircon very suiet aswell. A cool and great place for you and your motorcycle (private parking included) i give 10/10 because i cant give 15 👍👍👍👍

It was a very cozy apartment.

The bed was awful and as you only could use the stove with matches it was a big problem that there weren’t any because the shops were closed.

Perfect location. Nice kitchen that I would use if I stayed longer (was there one night). Plenty of parking. Nice view, and a large patio.

Lack of breakfast, but not a problem.
