It was basically on the beach with fast access. The furniture was comfortable, and it was clean and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. We loved the bright light through the big windows.

Bathroom outlets didn’t work. Needs a pizza cutter.

I loved the accommodations and the secure, easy access to the beach. Also loved the comfort and coziness of the studio. I would stay here again in the exact same villa if possible. All features were greatly appreciated. Loved the location and layout of the building! And the beauty of the beach and marshes is unsurpassed. Had a fantastic vacation and staying at Shipwatch was part of what made it so great!

it was close to beach. nothing else!

we were property was being renovated and we were not told. the noise was deafening. no luggage carrier available. man next door who stays there twice a year left because he couldn’t stand the jackhammering! no address numbers on outside of the building. I made reservations for my husband’s 80th birthday months ago and this was the experience from hell. we were offered a refund, discount or a move to another complex. we moved at great peril to us as seniors. my husband fell and was out cold on the property. we were deceived. Andrea with vascasa tried to help. we left our vacation a day early as we were so unhappy. we deserve a refund and/or a discount should we stay at one of your properties in the future. thanks for the chance to give feedback.

Kiawah Island is a privilege place. One should go there at least once in a life. The beach is beautiful and plenty of nature.

There are several accommodation options in the island. Price is expensive in all of them and one expects to find everything perfect. This particular property didn't meet our expectations.

Not charge for extra towels and the plug in bathroom doesn’t work.

Clean, cozy, perfect for me and my two teens who were there for a tennis tournament. Beach is beautiful.

Limited parking. Should really install larger refrigerator.

The location next to the beach was terrific and staff friendly & helpful.

The studio is outdated which includes unfortunately also kitchen appliances and e.g. the dish washer. It was also not entirely clean e.g. on the kitchen counter, behind the night stands...it was difficult to get accurate information on actual unit number and how to locate the key. What would really help the experience is a list of e.g. bike rental agencies, opening hours of the tennis court, kayak tours etc. to have it all handy. Also, the beach itself is not private - the access to it, however, is (if you don't ride a bike to the beach). One of the elevators was not functional in the beginning of our stay. Final comment: as the studio has a kitchenette, it would be a great offer to place salt, pepper and olive oil there. It's all staples used by everyone but hardly anyone brings a new/in use package of salt on vacation...
