misleading offer, basic stuff like bed sheets stated as additional convenience possible for extra charge but it means tou also dont get the first basic ine and not additionalone or cleaning service !!!!

Excellent campsite with countless options for fun and activities especially for kids. We stayed in mobile home. It was clean well maintained and had all necessarry stuff. Staff was welcoming and flexible especially when it came to keeping an ID as security deposit. On request we got our passports back on next day as we had excursions but we did keep one ID (non travel document) as deposit till end of the stay. There are lot of options for food and beverages which were moderately priced. They also have options to charge EVs. All-in-all we had great time with family.

The mobilehome is very good. Very well insulated. All the services are efficient. The campsite is flabbergasting under all respects: cleanliness, safety, quietness, order, beach, pools, bars and restaurants, you name it. The check-in and the check-out are super-fast and super-easy. All the personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. Really good value for money.

I liked everything.

My family enjoys the convenience to the beach and amenities/services of Union Lido. You do not have to leave the resort for anything, perfect for families! Victoria Homes are modern and compact with all the basic necessities. Great use of interior and exterior space, great value. The property manager is always pleasant and available. Every visit, Pavel goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.This is our third stay in less than a year. We will be back!

Access to Union Lido facilities / Staff was very nice and accommodating with information. He helped us feel welcome, very insightful, and friendly. He has exceptional interpersonal skills & always available to help.

CLEANLINESS, you pay for what you get. Just pay for Union Lido cabin; they have housekeepers to clean. Victoria needs to hire housekeepers to clean; as we are charged 40 euro for cleaning. Dirty linen liners, dirty cleaning utensils, and dirty curtains in the unit. You can not have comfort if it is not clean; if you stay with Victoria at Union Lido expect to spend the first two hours cleaning the unit. Beware: No DISHWASHER

Fantastic campsite. All 5 stars absolutely deserved. Great facilities, restaurants, bars, breakfast (totally recommend pistachio croissant at Casa Venezia). Great beach. Great customer service.

No coffee machine, no TV, no dishwasher.

Our host was very nice and greeted us earlier with no problem. We also stayed to enjoy the beach after check out, really lovely place.

As stated on the reservation they do not provide linens or towels due to Covid 19, they also didn't have toilet paper.
