Overall, it was a great stay. The house was spacious and beautiful.

Beautiful home and great location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Some of the lights bulbs need to be replaced. The only suggestion we had is maybe have some sort of a chair in the master bedroom so people can put their shoes and socks on.

Clean house that we have stayed in before. The family room couches and rugs have seen some wear and staining. When we stayed here1 1/2 yrs ago, the place was in great shape. It wasn’t bad, but noticeably different.

Just passing through for a 1-night stay... the house was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and an all-around great stay! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Other than a few cleanliness issues and a broken kitchen sink faucet, this home was comfortable for our family to stay in for a four day weekend get away. Location is great.

The home is nice. Very roomy, clean, well stocked and great location.. We did arrive on the check in date we requested and had booked to find someone already staying in the home, which was a bit alarming . Joe found us another one of his properties to stay in for the night if we wanted but instead we ended up just staying with family because of the inconvenience of having to have everything out by 11am. the next day. Joe reimbursed us for the night but nothing financially beyond that. Not sure if the beautiful home was worth it or if I would risk booking this property again.

True to the pictures, this well appointed spacious home has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Centrally located to anything and every you need during your stay in the Boise area.

The house location was close to freeway. Their wasn't as many beds as the listing said. Bathroom floors needed swept and moped.

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Meridian/Boise area. The home has an open concept and is much larger inside than what was expected. The home was clean and had comfortable beds. The location is ideal as it is close to the highway with shopping also close by.

We were in town for a memorial service. There were six of us in our group. There were two married couples and two adult men. It was nice that there were four bedrooms with queen size beds to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed visiting on the patio and not having to eat out. He provided us with great visit time.

This is a lovely home In great neighborhood. The pantry had been stocked by items either by the owner or previous guests left behinds. We ate in most of the time and found the kitchen items well stocked. Lovely decorating and very inviting. The property did need some extra attention to details. The lockbox didn’t work so we had to call and get entry instructions. Owner was very responsive. The fireplace was broken which was a real disappointment due to Christmas, grandkids and snow outside. Five different windows were not completely closed which made a drafty house until we located them. The master bed was the firmest one I have ever slept in. Had to use another bed to get a decent night’s sleep. We really did enjoy our stay, but we wished the details had gotten more attention to make it an over the top experience.

At first, the security camera at the front door was a little intimidating BUT that was short lived real quick. We'd stay again, for sure. The place is exactly as listed; it was very nice, comfy and cozy for our family of eight. The property is situated in a safe and clean neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly, too. We absolutely LOVED IT!!! For us, this property NAILED it!!! Thank you so much, Joe!

Very clean home in a great location. Very close to everything in Meridian. The kitchen is really stocked and it is walking distance to a Papa Murphy's. The beds were comfortable. Joe was really easy to communicate with.

We had a great time there and were comfortable, so overall our experience was great. Just a few things could have been better: The kitchen was not stocked as well as we would have liked (dishes, storage for leftovers, bigger bowls, etc.), glassware was all plastic (except for a few wine glasses), the clock over the mantle was broken and there were no other clocks - not even beside our beds. There was no satellite or cable TV - you had to stream using your own subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, etc.) If you don't have any subscriptions, you are "up a creek". These were not major concerns, but compared to most of the other places I've stayed, this was definitely lacking in overall amenities. But as I said, overall we were comfortable and had a great time for our girlfriend reunion!

It was the first night of our long drive aNd was so wonderful to be in a home that had everything we needed. It felt like our home and was close to several stores that we needed with having little ones!

My family members all agree that this place was amazing! Location was family friendly, close and convenient to all the necessities. House was so clean and had all the amenities needed for a care free, relaxing stay after all the outdoor activities in Idaho. This beautiful & tidy home is not only spacious, but comfy too. The house is close to everything, stores, restaurants; yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept very well in the cozy beds. In fact, we spent the majority of our vacation in the home since it was so nice! I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again when visiting the Boise area.

This was my first time in Idaho. The house was very comfortable had all the amenities we needed for myself and my family. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay while in Idaho
