I had to go a purchase tops for the skillets so that anything I cooked would not splash everywhere. there were not enough towels, glad I brought some from home.

Cute condo, pool was nice! Stairs are a bit steep. We're ok for us, but in case of elderly or disability it might be a bit much. Condo was super clean. Comfy beds. Would stay again!!

Thank goodness the beach was amazing!This unit looks exactly like the pictures. It was VERY comfortable and decorated very nice. We rented 3 units while we were here and this unit became the favorite spot for the kids to watch watch TV and chill.

The pool was nice and the kids love the smaller kiddie pool. There was also a little playground. The only thing we could have used more of was utensils and plates, but having the dishwasher was nice. We’d definitely chose this spot again!

We had plenty of room for a party of 6. Great kitchen. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. Great pool. Some of the pool guests weren't pleasant, but I'm not sure what could have been done about that. Only problem was getting locked out a couple of times, but the response was very quick and we got in without major disruption.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nemo Cay Resort. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with their family or friends.

I must give this property an A+ rating. It was so perfect for my family and I. My wife and I shared a huge king sized bed and my daughter and grandsons shared the other bedroom which had 2 double or queen sized beds. I can't remember. The boys watched tv in the living room on the sofa bed one night and all three of them slept there comfortably the entire night. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget imaginable for cooking. I think one could quite literally cook an entire Thanksgiving feast in that kitchen. The pool was fabulous and the kids had a blast. Everyone was friendly in the pool area. Parking was great. Getting in and out of the condo was easy with a keypad entry. Everything is close by. It is a 2 story with the bedrooms upstairs and even has a washer nd dryer. I suggest you bring beach towels for the pool. Although there are pillows; if you like huge and fluffy bring your own. Not complaining; I just like my own big fat pillows. Over all this place ROCKED. I will definitely stay again. Thanks for a fabulous end-of-summer treat for my family and me.

No one hurt, but things like this can lead to lawsuits!• Low shower pressure• Broken hair dryer• No drain board in kitchen• Back door stuck and was hard to open• Flat pillows in one bedroom• Too much furniture in living room (looks like a flea market)

My family of 5 was in town for a softball tournament. The location is just blocks away from the beach. The condo was nice and plenty of room for everyone. I would suggest the cleaning company do a better job cleaning. The floors were sticky and covered in sand. I had to vacuum as soon as we got there. We found a water bottle in between the chair cushions. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced, they have discoloration on them. Master bath tub was clogged which they came and fixed right away but the cleaning people should have turned that in because the tub had soap scum buildup from the clogged drain. The trash dumpsters were emptied once a week but stayed full and trash was blowing all over the place.

The condo was everything it stated. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.Our only issue was the pool area. A goup of teenagers rough housing in the pool so we had to leave due our small children. One jumped in the air and almost landed on me because they were playing football in the pool. The pool area was full of smaller children.

We love that there are two queen beds in the second bedroom instead of the usual bunk beds. We also love that there are three full bathrooms. This makes it so much easier to clean up after coming from the beach. My only complaint is the ants at the pool. You can't really stand around the area without them attacking you.

Condo had great amount of space, one of two complaint was that the carpet on the stairs was beyond stained and number two complaint was the smell was very musky.
