The property was very clean and had every amenity a visitor could possibly want. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with stunning mountain views, and the close location to town and nearby walking trails was very convenient. Nikki was super personable and easy to communicate with. We all said we would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay here with our pup so much! The condo is very comfortable, the hot tub amazing and there is a really cool trail to walk the dog right down the street. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This townhome exceeded our expectations. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The details made our stay wonderful. The proximity to the Lift stop made it easy to get back and forth to the Mountain everyday. We enjoyed being close to town for dinner, but were able to eat in easily a few nights due to having all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Great week in Winter Park!

We’ve stayed in other great places in Winter Park, but this will be our go-to going forward. Comfortable home/beds, great layout, all the amenities, great location, stocked with everything we could have needed.

This property was very clean & well stocked. It was very convenient to the Lift. It was nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. Directions on how to use different amenities (hot tub, smart TV) were very clear.

We have stayed at a ton of WP condos over the years: at the base, in town, in the hills, etc. Very few have knocked it out of the park. This is one of them. First, the location is even more convenient than it looked. I hoped there was a little trail to cut through to US40 for restaurants etc, and it is there in winter (I walked it each day) and summer. The layout of the condo is really well designed. Lots of space for us to spread out in on 3 floors. This is not a property someone bought just to rent out. This is actually used by the owner—and that makes it so much better than usual. It is kept in fantastic condition, way more details, equipment, and utensils than usual: 2 types of coffeemakers & a grinder? You never see that. Glove dryer, etc. TVs are new & have all the streaming apps already hooked up and running. Hot tub was sparkling clean and the house in general was unusually clean and well-kept. Even the grout looked brand new. Great linens and plenty of them, including separate towels for the hot tub. Heated garage and if we had brought our roof box that makes it too tall, we could have kept the suv in the little space in front of garage. Garage warm enough to keep skis and boots in, and find them dry in AM. Very quiet little development. The Lift (free bus) comes right by it but didn’t want to use it this wkend so we drove our car and parked at base. Owner very easy to work with—very communicative and a coded door lock. We definitely will book here again and it’s rare that we ever feel that way. Usually a place is ‘fine’ or pretty good condition but this is like being a guest in a very detail-oriented friend’s home who isn’t uptight about you enjoying it! One more thing: we brought our little nonshedding dog and his crate. We’ve only had a dog for about 4 years. I can honestly say that if you don’t have a dog, then you won’t notice that others at times bring them. Doesn’t feel, look, or smell like a ‘pets allowed’ place. Did I mention this condo is kept really clean? Okay, no one rent this place so it will stay available for us!

My husband and two young daughters stayed for three nights. It was just as we expected and very well-equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware, (including kid-friendly), tin foil, zip lock bags, cooking oil, plenty of clean towels, shampoo, bars of soap, hair dryers, extra blankets and pillows, a dog bed and dog dishes, and even some kid toys and books. Short walk to a playground and tennis courts. It had a very warm vibe and we would absolutely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay and hope to return one day. The condo is very spacious (we had 5 adults and one child and plenty of room) and a real bonus that each bedroom has its own private bathroom attached. We were also extremely surprised at how many games, books, and toys the house comes with - lincoln logs, figurines, dinosaurs, bubbles, chalk, etc. My 3 year-old was in heaven! All of the games and the private hot tub, she didn't want to leave the house (seriously)! There's a nice path that leads to the tennis courts (rackets are left for you to use), playground, and pavilion area, which we used a couple of days. And the town could not be closer. Very easy to walk or drive to (we mostly drove). Winter Park was only a 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (Grand Lake entrance), which was a highlight of our stay. But tons of other hikes and trails closer to town that we explored as well. There is a train that runs frequently through town (right next to condo). For our 3 year old, this was a huge hit and not a huge bother for us, but one night we slept with our windows open and woke to the train coming by. Definitely not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, we can't wait for our next trip!

Clean, well kept, functional, comfortable and generously outfitted! What else could one want for a nice mountain getaway?!

My family spent a week here fishing, mountain biking and playing in the park. Lots of hiking. We loved the house which had all the comfort of home. Neighborhood is safe. Internet was fast enough for three homeschool kids and one office worker plus streaming movies.

This property was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of space for 6 of us to spread out at the end of a long day of skiing. Warm and cozy! Clean. The hot tub was a plus every evening! We cooked dinner every night, and really enjoyed everything this condo had to offer. Although we didn’t utilize the Lift bus system to the ski resort, it’s a few steps out the front door. The property owner, Nikki, was so accommodating and helpful! She deserves 5 stars alone.

Location was incredible and the unit had everything you could possibly need. It felt like a home, and it was so easy to just settle in and relax. It was fantastic to be able to just walk to a park or walk downtown without getting in the car. We are so glad this is where we chose to stay!
