The yurt was like a tiny house. It was nicely decorated and close to the water. The host was quick to answer any questions. The only suggestions i have are the need for pot holders, & a rack for hand towel near the bathroom sink. I would recommend it.

The "squrt" was as described, but better when you see it. Nice simple decor that we found relaxing and clean. Location is perfect, 2 places to eat within walking distance and a park along the river. Going back when we can stay longer than a weekend!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week for my birthday and really enjoyed our stay! Did lots of sight seeing and visited Niagara Falls (MUST SEE!!) I am a huge plant lover and the decoration of the place was awesome! The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the water and places to eat.

Everything was as advertised super ckean and fully equiped. Jolee was always available to answer to all of our enquiries making the whole experience super enjoyable.

This little cottage was the perfect choice near the attraction that my sister and I wanted to visit. As a birthay gift to my sister and I we stayed here to be able to enjoy Niagara Falls and a little of what the town and Buffalo had to offer. The cottage was clean and equiped with everything we needed. Management was quick to respond to messages and was friendly. My siter and I were very satisfied with our stay!

Perfect getaway for my “snow -cation”. Close to everything from Niagara Falls to Buffalo. The only thing I think needs to be added - was cookware. I was surprised to find very little cooking items compared to other rentals. Since part of my vacay was cooking with my granddaughter this was challenging.

I stayed here with my two adult children during the Christmas blizzard of 2022 and though I was frustrated by the travel bans I was glad to be in a warm place with all the necessities. And I was relieved to have power the entire time despite high winds. Jolee was kind to check on us and available for any questions I had. I would recommend staying here (although I might check the weather forecast more closely next time I visit family in Buffalo in December)

Great place for a getaway with your significant other or BFF. Home is beautifully furnished and has everything that you need. Off street parking, too! We loved that you can not only walk in along the river on a great paved path with separate bike lanes, but also to have a meal and/or ice cream. Old Man River's is right on the corner (do note that they sometimes have live music that you can hear from the place, which we enjoyed) and other places are nearby as well. We felt very safe walking down the street to them and back. Everything else we planned do was within a 20 minute drive as well. Host was great and extremely responsive. Would love to come stay again, although next time we might try the adjacent Yurt! :D

We have stayed in both the yurt and sqrt and both experiences have been great. I liked having a little bigger place to stay in this time. Would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful location. There was live music at Old Man River in the corner until 9 every night. Take this into consideration if you will be trying to relax or watch Tv in the early evening hours.

We loved our stay! Such a short walk to a beautiful riverside walk with a great shoreline trail. The homeowner was extremely helpful throughout and provided great area recommendations. Very timely in her response to our questions and requests as well.

We had a great stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The host knew our kids were coming and had the living room bed set up and ready to go! In the evening we sat on the patio and listened to the live music coming from Old Man River down the street. We will be coming back soon, and hopefully for a longer stay!

From booking, through to arrival and departure, I had a smooth process and excellent communication from the property owner, Jolee. The little house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and even the couch pull out was super comfortable! There’s enough kitchen utensils and accessories to make all your usual meals. Everything was clean and functional. The location can’t be beat, with Old Man River one block down on the river. Catch live music, good eats, and gorgeous sunsets over the river! And downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both quick drives from here. We’d definitely stay again!

Lovely location near the river, fun food venues, grocery and multiple attractions. It was “as listed’ and we were well pleased with everything.

We had a great stay at Jolee's place! The property was just as pictured. The neighborhood has a great walking/biking path along the water and two fun restaurants in walking distance. It was an ideal spot for all we wanted to do in the Buffalo and Niagara area. Highly recommend!
