It's a nice apartment 50 meters from Charpen, quite cozy, and has everything you need. Wifi works well, view is nice, it's not nosy. Keys are collected from a nearby store, so the check in is quite easy.

I wish we didn't have to return the keys to that store and could just leave the keys inside.

Room were a reasonable size

We were booked for three nights but only stayed two because it was so noisy. Across the way people were playing loud music till 3am so we could not sleep, the room was incredibly hot so we had to keep the windows open. Glad to leave

The upper side was ok, comfortable bed, clean sheets.

Keys pick up and drop off, make sure you will not arrive between 00:00 and 09:00 or you risk to sleep on the streets. The host should install a box with keys at the property and not sending the guest few streets away to get the keys, carrying all laggages.... Smell in the appartment was horrible and even with all windows opened for entire period of staying there, smell was stiill persisting. Stairs in the appartment are narrow, steeply and slippery. Communication with host was not how I expected. Price is way too high for such place and services.

Communication for check in was good. An alternate parking garage was arranged as the garage in the building is under construction. Close to metro and trams. Kitchen and home was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

The photos are very flattering. The space is dilapidated and cleanliness was questionable. We had to rewash many of the dishes and utensils and the bathtub had small pockets of mould in the corners.
