All was great except too much communication with the host. I got about 20 emails and multiple texts about my stay - too much. Also, I think it's a bit much to ask guests to clean to the degree that we were asked, especially given the LARGE cleaning fee. strip linens, take out trash.... what does the cleaner do?

The property was just as pictured and described. We received the physical address a day or so prior to our arrival date…also text communication regarding how to enter property. We were a family of four along with our small dog traveling to get our youngest settled into her dorm for her first year of college at UNC. It was the perfect location for organizing all her things that we packed and drove from CA, as well as proximity to Target and other stores for other last minute necessities and close to the school. We walked our dog all around the neighborhood comfortably. We also took the bikes out and for a ride down to town to grab lunch. The amenities in the kitchen were just what we needed for easy meals and the washer and dryer were very useful. We found that we were comfortable with the ac set moderately (the lowest for us at 72 or 74) with temps in the high 80-90’s. We’re all tall (tallest 6’5”) and the beds were all very comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Also great to have off street parking. We’d rent again for a visit in future to visit our daughter.

Easy to get to Island Grove Regional Park.Mattresses need up grading the main bedroom was horrible. Bathroom that connects to that room has no goor between bedroom and it. I do not believe anyone has vacuumed the rugs in the place. They were stained and had stuff on them. One note washer works but tricky and we replaced lightbulbs that were out.

Everything about the property was was exactly what we needed. Clean, secure, near UNC campus. The only thing I would suggest is investing in new mattresses.

My husband and I, and our three kids enjoyed our stay at this at this comfy and cozy property. It is an older house with a well-done remodel. It has a modern look with the charm and character of an older house. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and it was close to everything we needed. For the most part, it was clean. Floors, counter tops, toilets, sinks were clean. The blinds in the kitchen and bathrooms were noticeably dirty. Also, the tiles on the wall in the master bathroom shower could stand to be cleaned. There also are not many dishes/silverware available for a house that sleeps 8 people. Also, we were driving a Chevy Traverse, and couldn’t get into or out of the driveway without scraping the bottom of the vehicle every time. Maybe a little ramp would help? A lower sitting vehicle would have needed to park on the street. Overall, this was a charming little property, close to everything. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Kitchen and laundry made it easy to function and hang out. Pretty decor too!

The house was clean, comfortable and close to our destination. Managers were quick to respond and a great help.

We had a dog show at Island grove park. The house is 10 minutes away.The town is lovely. Estes park is close and makes for a fun day.

It was an awesome location & perfect space for our family of 4 and large dog. The place was so close to everything and on a quiet street. The inside was clean & beautiful. We were very comfortable there and would book it again.

The place was filthy. There were stains on the floors, mildew in the showers, the toilets had not been cleaned, the carpets had not been vacuumed and the bedding was stained. The posted check out procedure stated that “The cleaning fee is modest and only meant to cover light cleaning and laundry.” They provided no vacuum. The broom and dust mop were nasty. I had to buy my own cleaner to meet their cleaning expectations. The beds slant badly. One bed is held up by a paint can. I hope the next time I come to town, if we choose to use this company, the next place is in much better condition than this one.

Great location. The property manager was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Perfect place to stay when in Greeley.

This little house was in a great location, was clean, and had great communication from the property manager. Overall, it is a nice, remodeled home. However, My children and I really didn’t sleep well. The front two bedrooms are very loud due to the street noise. I think the problem is the windows are very old, and just don’t keep out any noise. In addition, I did not find the beds very comfortable.

We were in Greeley to drop off our daughter for school. This property was close to the campus and other amenities that made our stay easier. We had some difficulty with the internet and the property manager was quick to work with us and resolve the issue. Great place to stay, we will book this again in the future

Loved the communication with owner. Had a few hiccups but overall a good experience. Property request that you clean and take out trash prior to departure. Sheets had a few stains and mattress could be replaced. Unfortunately not what I was expecting for the price we paid. Probably a better idea to book directly with agent to avoid high cost for what you get.

The home as a whole was very nice, only complaint was the noise from downstairs. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the beds, very comfortable!

This property was very nice but needed a couple more chairs to sit on in living area. Also a table to eat at or play cards on would be nice but I know the space for same is limited. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Everything was fine. Only negative thing I would say is only 2 out of the 6 bicycles were usable. Would have been nice for all 6 of us to use at once.

This was a great place to stay and celebrate our college graduate as it is conveniently located close to campus. Nice kitchen to cook meals and bedrooms were comfortable for additional family members.

House hs recently been updated and beautiful! Very clean and everything you need is there. Convenient location with a great coffee shop nearby. Only issues were loud music and fighting throughout the middle of the night on our last evening by the downstairs unit occupants.
