I was so disappointed in this property. Listed below are the major issues my family experienced. 1. Elevator did not work - this home showed up in a search when elevator was a criteria. 2. Home was dirty. Ceiling fans were nasty and home was just not clean. 3. Ceiling fan in living area knocked constantly but was needed because air conditioning could not be set below 72 degrees. 4. The path to the beach was overgrown with some kind of plant and on the path and in the backyard there were large rats. The home is advertised as dog friendly but you have to be careful where your dogs are walked due to the rat. 5. The water pressure was terrible and only one person could take a shower at the time. 6. Garage door on the right garage was broken and had to be manually lifted and closed. 7. The internet was slow and did not provide enough bandwidth. 8. The kitchen was not equipped very well and was in need of several repairs. The counter top was held together in places with duct tape and the sink has massive cracks. The two toasters in the house did not work. This home has simply been neglected and I would not recommend for a family vacation rental.

From start to finish was an easy process. It was like it was our own vacation house and we had a good time. Lots of memories made.

Great location on the beach and the beach is magnificent. Views of full beach/water only available from top floor bedrooms (only water view from main floor with kitchen and master bedroom.) Functional and nice space inside the house for 2 families. Could use update to some aspects of kitchen items (pans, toaster, coffee mugs, etc.) Having the grill was fabulous for our group. For the price, we were irritated that there wasn't even toilet paper in every bathroom when we arrived, no kitchen soap or hand soap. Would've been nice to have small things to "get you started" like in other rentals we've stayed at in the area in past years. The email clearly indicating that we needed to pick up the keys at the office wasn't sent until the property was ready for check in. This caused us to have to travel and waste an hour going to/from the office to pick up the keys (due to traffic.) If we had known we would've entered Topsail area by the office vs. closer to the house. Once we were past the irritations of arrival, we enjoyed our stay!

My mom turned 79-she wanted to go to the beach and watch the ocean. I picked this home because the pictures showed every room had an ocean view. The house did not disappoint. The views were beautiful and the house is very spacious. The elevator was perfect for bringing in our luggage. I only had 2 minor issues-getting The turn and pull took a few trys when picking up the keys from the outside box .The master bedroom shower was sluggish in draining. The office was contacted,shortly after, maintenance called and came to assess the problem. My mom had the best BD EVER!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend

The house was perfect and the access to the beach easy. Thank you for a much needed break in these crazy times.

We had a fabulous long weekend with our daughters and sons-in-law and grandchildren. The weather was perfect, the house was extremely comfortable and well thought out. We could not have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy family time.
