Amazing place. Super clean with everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Having the bbq right outside was perfect. The pool and gym were great. Would stay here anytime I am in phoenix. Thank you very much

We spent almost a week at this property on a family vacation. It was easy to find and easy to access to food, shopping, and our planned events. We enjoyed the pool and workout area during our stay as well. The workout equipment was adequate but the treadmills and machines could use a little TLC which was not on the the owner at all as it was a community workout area. We appreciated being able to do some type of workout while on vacation. We really enjoyed the pool area and never felt like it was overcrowded.
Management company was easily available for questions and concerns. Overall we would come back and stay at this property in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

The property fit what we needed. Was clean and close to Cardinal Stadium. Could use a little maintenance (bathroom floor repair, filters changed, new shower curtains, appliance updates), but we had a very good trip and would stay again.

The place was perfect, the hot tub and pool area is so nice. The kitchen is great if you want to cook and they have a grill and outdoor dining area. If we come back to Arizona we will definitely be staying here again.

Great location with everything we needed for relaxing evenings after spending our days watching baseball. All the basics were provided - all we had to buy was coffee and snacks. Close to all the usual fast food spots as well as some good local eateries.
As others have mentioned there were just a couple of occasions where we heard VERY heavy footsteps in the unit above us. Another afternoon, we had someone stop by on the pretense of wanting to know how to rent the room we were in, but in truth wanting to tell us to move a wet poncho we had left to dry on the balcony. An entirely valid point, but the way she went about it just left us all in a bad mood.

OK property. The kitchen table and chairs are very uncomfortable. Light switch's are hard to find and use, there in unusual locations. Bed and bath are good. The unit above houses very noisy and there is lots of feet stamping on their floor, the unit's ceiling. The noise went onto late in the evening...10:30 to 11 PM. Their stomping on the floor causes sheetrock and construction dust to come out from behind the kitchen cabinets. It coated the gas range. I did clean it up once and the next day the dirt was back. Same in the bathroom.
Very close to the Dodgers Camelback stadium. That is a big plus for me.

The condo was furnished nicely, pool area was clean and people were friendly. It was a very nice place, and I know it’s Arizona and you only need heat 10 weeks out of the year but it was not working while we were there. The HVAC guy came a couple days after I brought it to the attention of the property management however he was unable to resolve it while we were there. Fortunately we found a space heater in the closet to help. Otherwise a great week. Ok

Very clean and nice condo complex. Listing was also accurate and a very nice place to stay. Had a little issues with the a/c not cooling correctly but communication to get the problem resolved was fast and resolved quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific Location! Quiet area, great amenities (gardens, exercise area, outdoor hot tub & lap pool, nice 2 bedroom villa in a nice area of town! Although comfy & clean, the villa could use a few upgrades (ie. paint, wood flooring in living room, upgrade of bedroom carpets, trim & moulding... an awesome place to stay!

The condo was easy to find and access. The pool area was nice and relaxing.As mentioned in others reviews the upstairs people can be heavy footed but didn't affect our stay.The carpet had some wear and tear showing.(stains), just don't want that to be a conflict for potential renters. The kitchen was well equipped and we had several meals in.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet gated community just minutes away from State Farm Stadium and shopping With 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and well appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is just as advertised. The recliner was an added surprise! Just what was needed after a day at a NFL game and a day of shopping.

Everything was 5 stars. The condo and property were clean and everyone we met was friendly. All check-in items (access codes, keys, etc.) were exactly where we were told they would be. The condo had all the required items including high-speed WIFI. The covered parking spot was great. Highly recommend.

Nice pool
The property met our needs nicely.
Allthough there were a few broken items, they didn't impact our stay. The pool was wonderful to cool off in each evening and very private. The community grill was also extremely accessible and in great shape.
As others posted, the noise upstairs is really disconcertingly loud. This property will definitely improve when the kids upstairs get older. Luckily we are heavy sleepers.
All in all, for our first visit to Arizona, this was a wonderful trip.

Overall a very lovely stay, with a few very minor issues
We came to Arizona for my best friends graduation and we needed a place to stay that had enough room for me and my husband and my 4 yr old. When we arrived, it wasnt far from the sky harbor airport and getting into the property was very easy. It was very clean inside and out. There was a few things that needed attention and was brought to the rental companies attention but was nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. They were quick to respond with issues we had and were very pleasant to deal with. The only BIG issue we had was our upstairs neighbors made sleeping on a couple of nights and the HOA for the area were rude. But i hold none of that against the owner of the property or the company handling it - they were great.

I unfortunately will never stay here again. Facilities were clean and the pool was nice however the neighbors were horrible. Upstairs and next door all hours of the nights yelling, stomping, moving of furniture, standing outside our own balcony throwing things up and down while yelling. I have a toddler who was woken up on several occasions I also didn’t sleep for 6 nights. You can hear everything. If that’s the kind of people allowed to stay in this area I would rather have a hotel. I reached out and all I got was call the police after 9pm.

In spite of a few early on challenges, our stay and time in the sun was enjoyed.
This was our first time using VRBO on our own. We have done it with our daughter in the past. The unit looked as was posted, so that was a plus. However not knowing the surrounding area where a property located at poses a challenge. Upon arrival we had problem with not having any WIFI for the first four days of our stay which was difficult. While at the pool, we had an owner and her man friend approach us to ask a number of questions, ultimately telling us we shouldn’t be there and the companies renting the units out should not be doing so. However, overall our stay, and assistance we received from the contact person regarding the inoperable wifi was appreciated.

We were in town for 5 days, the property was easy to find and was perfect for our family of 4, easy to get around and the kids loved the pool and used it daily!
