We were very happy with our choice of house to stay at while visiting Zion National, Bryce and the many golf courses in the area. The home is in a small community but the amenities are what you'd expect from a 5 star resort. Everything you need and more is available I this home. Ruth is a pleasure to work with and is very attentive and responsive to your questions and requests. Do not overlook if staying in the Hurricane area.

This home is FULLY STOCKED with everything and anything you would ever want! I have stayed at a Lot of vacation rentals. This home has EVERYTHING! The kitchen is FULLY stocked! The beds are so comfortable (except the bunk beds) There are plenty of fun things to do at the home, the club house, and close by. We had a wonderful time! Ru We would defiantly stay here again!

This was a perfect stay for a big family reunion. It was clean comfy and a lot of bathroom. The swimming pool was a great.

The house worked very well for our large family. The only drawback we found was there was not as much common space as we would have hoped. The good news is that the garage is set up as an overflow gathering space if the weather permits, and the nice pool and clubhouse area are just across the street. Overall, a very nice experience for us. Lots of space for sleeping, comfortable, and a well stocked kitchen.

We loved the simplicity of the check in and the spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms! The only complaint was that there was some sticky candy and wrappers on floors of some of the rooms and the towels were still in the dryer when we arrived (the cleaning ladies were very kind and apologetic about the towels)

What a find! This house was ideal for our family reunion. The pictures don’t show just how well-designed and spacious the house is. With 11 kids aged 5-12 and 10 adults we had plenty of room for everyone to have private space in the huge bedrooms, as well as family time in the common areas. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never had a place so well-stocked and acommodating. Whether it’s paper towels, bath amenities, laundry soap, beach towels, pool floaties etc. etc, it’s all there. The hot tub, the fire (marshmalllow roasting) pit, the ping pong table and the basketball boards were big hits, but it was the spacious clubhouse and pool that stole the show! So much to do that we had to force ourselves to get out and explore Zion and the gorgeous surrounding area. Our only complaint after 5 nights, was that we should have booked a longer stay! We all agreed, this was a perfect vacation! Thanks to Ruth for being the consummate host!

Our stay was amazing. The house is super clean and very nice. very accommodating for the 16 of us that stayed. So much is provided down to nice beach towels. The house is big enough that everyone has space when needed. The pool house is right across the street and was usually pretty empty in the morning and afternoons until about 3-4 o clock. Would definitely stay again.

This home was so accomodating for our family/friends. Everything was so nice, clean and very orderely. The kitchen and all the ammenities were perfect! We really enjoyed the backyard and hot tub as well. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. Thank you Ruth!

This rental was perfect for our sibling reunion! There were 10 of us & we had plenty of room. This house was very clean & nicely decorated, had comfy beds & plenty of high quality towels. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that came in handy. Everything was labeled which was extremely helpful. Check in was simple & Ruth was amazing to work with. Many of us enjoyed the community pool just across the street & the private spa in the backyard. Thank you Ruth for sharing this beautiful home.

Ruth’s house was perfect. 13 of us came for a golf tournament. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every night and the lazy river at the community center was very relaxing. The house is stocked with lots of dishes, pans, cups and everything you could need. A huge couch and plenty of places to hang out. We will be back. Thank you!

This was a perfect place for our family reunion with 11 adults and 8 teens/children. The kids loved the basketball game and ping pong table in the garage and we all loved the hot tub in the backyard. Also, there is a barbecue. The community swimming pool was across the street and the water was heated so we could enjoy playing in the water there. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed — plenary of towels, even for the pool, paper supplies, dishes and kitchen supplies. There were even two more beds than we expected. Each of the upstairs master bedrooms had full size Murphy beds. (They came out of cabinets, not down from the wall.) The house was a perfect place for us to gather to spend time together and enjoy both Zion National Park and the St. George area.

We had an absolutely perfect trip to Utah. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and even took time to help us with that weather forecast. The house perfect for our three families and we most certainly highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Plenty of room for people to spread out. We’ve stayed at a good number of rental homes and this was by far the best stocked home we’ve encountered. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook large meals - including nice pans. They even had a large cooler that we used when we went out for a day! We loved the gas fire area and hot tub on the patio. We’d definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group (12 adults). Excellent quality bath towels and kitchen ware. All together enjoyable, hassle free stay. Highly recommended.

The house was nice and clean with clear instructions. All items were labeled and book with pictures was very useful. Communication was great! It's a great place in a new neighborhood for a large group and convenient for Zion visit.

The only thing I would change is that we should have stayed longer. We had a family reunion with ages 4 months - 70 years and all of us loved it. The beds were comfortable and we all appreciated that they were kings (and the kids loved the bunk room!) We stay at a lot of home rentals for vacations and I think this was the best stocked kitchen (and we really appreciated the labels). The property manager/owner was so helpful and very speedy at communicating (I messed up the time zone for my Instacart delivery; she unlocked the doors when the driver arrived so they could put the groceries inside). It was so convenient to have the community pool directly across the street - honestly I prefer that to a private pool in the backyard so I never had to worry about my little kids’ poor swimming skills. Of course, you should hike Zion. But also drive to the Kolob canyon section, it’s very family-friendly with amazing views. And I’d recommend doing an ATV tour in sand hollow state park. I’m going to tell all of my friends to take this trip, so amazing!

The people before us trashed the place and the cleaning crew were still there when we arrived an hour after check in. It still wasn't finished - a bed without sheets, a bed with dirty sheets, 2 )))dirty comforters, 2 bathroom showers still had used bars of soap and razors in them, etc. However, when we contacted Ruth she was mortified and was very kind and anxious to make things right. Our cleaning deposit was refunded. I think the whole thing was a regrettable fluke with previous renters and the cleaning crew and not the fault of or up to the standards of the owner. It is a lovely home with a great location and we would return to this home again. And yes, I would recommend it to others (hopefully, they have been able to work things out with their cleaning company. )

This property worked sooo well for our family reunion! The kids dishes and highchairs/booster worked well for the littles and the teens had a great time with the games and hot tub. The pool and clubhouse across the street were utilized by all and was a great addition to the trip. The unit was clean, clean, clean and Ruth was very responsive when contacted. Very well stocked with about anything that we could ask for. I will say that the quality of furniture and mattresses was very good for a rental. We appreciated that. Great, great spot overall.

This was our second year at this property. We had a terrific time! The home is large enough to accommodate our large family very comfortably. We had so much fun at the club house and it's so close! Everything we needed was in the house and Ruth is great to work with. We'll be back!
