The hotel was really nice, wonderful pool and garden. Also there were cool cosmetics on the room available. The breakfast was tasty.

They mention soundproofed rooms in the room details, but we definitely didn’t get one. We were facing a busy road and the windows didn’t stop the noise at all. You could also hear clearly the people walking in the hallway as well as the rooms around you. The breakfast was nice, but really chaotic. Although it was a buffet and you could eat as much as you wanted, you couldn’t get the food yourself but rather go and ask for it to the employees and get them to serve you, which created huge queues and unnecessary waiting since there were just a few employees to serve people, get food orders and clean the tables. I understand they wanted to serve the people to give a “better experience”, but they just ended up delaying everything. We were also pretty confused with the menus: there were an Italian and English one in the rooms that were completely different to the ones at the restaurant, where the English and the Italian were different, containing different items and different prices (and of course the Italian one showed much pricier food). In general the hotel was okay, but all these things made the stay not so worth it.

Extremely helpful staff. Very clean room with excellent shower - really hot water with good pressure. High quality breakfast buffet, served individually by the staff. Eggs cooked to order. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Marsala.

Extremely supportive and professional staff. They supported us in all our queries (e.g. Wine tasting booking, taxi etc). The hotel is fully equipped and well maintained.

Nothing. The property is not walking distance from the city center but it has a big parking. Not really an issue.

Super clean place, personnel very kind and always available. Amazing view on the Egadi Islands. The Medical SPA offers a perfect union of Sicilian resources and the kindness together with the professionalism of the personnel. Amazing for couples but also for families and singles eager to relax and feel cozy and cuddled! Restaurant excellent. Amazing location for a daily escursion on the above mentioned islands and also for visiting the many local wineries and to enjoy the unforgettable sunset at the Saline.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is a very good place to relax by the pool and avail oneself with the Sea Water treatments.

The rooms facing the street are not sound proof. Staff at the restaurant, although very gentle and courteous, need training.

The room comfort, the hotel facilities, the swimming pool, the staff kindness. I lost a bracelet in the room and after check-out, the hotel called me to send it back to me, jist a great service.

The breakfast was really really good, a little improvement could be to have more variety from one day to another (different croissants, pasticciera, salumi, fromaggio) but it was already so great
